Both Konkona and Kangana have played mentally ill person before so I'm guessing that's why this director wanted a new actress to play the role

if anyone can win awards, how come tushaar kapoor and esha deol never won any? mallika or is it malaika never won any? We cannot deny priyanka is a fine actress and she performed excellent in Aitraaz, she was good in Kaaminey, even though i didn't liked her character. Anushka and Sonam might win the award ONLY if they act excellent the character they portray. Talking about Ash, even though she was plain bad in her debut movie but she was a good dancer from the beginning. Coming to National award, they don't give just give the awards base on the popularity. As far i know Ajay, Koko, kangana, Arjun rampal, saif and i think Big B had won and they all are FINE actors. Plus i disagree not everyone could win awards.

Katrina will win a award ONLY if she is exceptionally good. SO far she hasn't won any award, we cannot deny she is working really hard and hope she would do justice to her role in Rajneeti, as she is taking some challenging role rather than exposing doing lame roles.

back to the topic: I think an actress has a right to demand whatever price they want. Its the directors decision if he is willing to pay that certain price.

you mean katrina, right? I think many of us believe she is working really hard. She is getting really good roles and she is one actress who has completely surprised me because i never thought she would get this far but she has. From no where to number one box office queen of bollywood today. Sometimes i believe she is getting way too good roles 😆

Deepika has already refused the film..

If Anurag was still hopeful he would have not said how he missed Katrina😆 unless he is downright foolish..he also says "who ever does the role..."..sounds rather pissed I think..

Deepika went out with Ranbir(Midday carries the same story as MM..probably true😒)........to let it be known that Ranbir is not the reason for refusing the film ..and that she is willing to work with him in the right film...

You guys do know that Katrina is paid more than Priyanka, right? An actor's monetary worth is not a function of his/her acting skills.

aww Anurag dont be disappoint it Katrina is a big fan of your work and u both will work together soon, he only wanted Katrina for the role but things didnt work hopefully they will work together soon.

Why is this shocking? Deepika, Katrina and Priyanka have the same market value. Seniority has nothing to do with box office success. Deepika and Katrina have given more box office hits/ release than Priyanka has in her 7 year career span.
