when he agreed he touched her , that is enough , if he denied even touching then there is doubt .

Its not ok to touch random people , no matter how she is behaving or how We/HE assumed she is behaving . this is not rocket science to understand .

sonali was not that upset it is only other housemates who pumped her that something wrong has happened.she made a issue.

she should have told ali to get up from bed immediately she never said anything.

Just becoz she keeps flirting with Gautam & Upen, that doesnt mean anyone can come and touch her however they want.. this is no different from ppl saying u can rape her bcz she wears a western dress bcz it doesnt go well with our culture. .!!

Sonali has every right to decide who should touch her and who should not. If she is OK with Gautam and Upen touching her and not OK with Ali touching her, it is her prerogative.

However let me ask some other relevant questions here: -

Before Gautam touched Sonali the very first time, did he have any reason to be sure that Sonali would be OK with it?

Hippo - seriously dude, how can you support an act that is uncalled for. Forget the personalities for the moment and just look at the actions.

A man assumed he can touch a woman on her knees as a joke under the blanket, when that said man has been unfriendly with that woman - What made him think that he can do that? this question arises if the woman were to touch the man in similar circumstance! the ACTION is wrong irrespective of the person

I've thought of your previous posts as fun and respected your POV but for this one thing, I can't help but think what makes you think that Ali is was in the right!

If you are a male, would you do what Ali did? and if you are female- would you ALLOW a man to do what Ali did?

WOOW!!!!!!!! (way too many pages to read), however, judging by the initial post, the legal part that u have mentioned, isn't exactly true, considering, any 'unlawful touching of a human being' may be a cause for a legal action, it not be 'sexual'. What I am referring to is more commonly known as 'battery' it is an offence closely related to 'assault'.

Touching ghutna ya touching foot..whatever, that was a chance taken by Ali. Was in a wrong taste.

Now, Coming to Sonali. I don't consider Sonali A "WOMAN".

Woman, A human creature. she is a respected daughter, a loyal girlfriend, a sweet sister and a dutiful wife,..all defined by both sex (Men and women).

A woman standing by her own, fighting for her own rights, handling the situation all by herself without any help/stand or support (especially taken by any men)

when her dignity is on risk she takes the roop of durga. she is strong like a mountain mentally but somewhere inside she has a soft heart.
