Such cases rely heavily on the behavior of the accuser. Even if it is a valid claim, if the accuser can be maligned, or shown to have low morals, such cases can be thrown out of court.

Edit: also, please include ulterior motive of accuser. In this case, accuser was nominated for eviction by defendant. This could be a motive for false accusation.

Please do not speak one side of Law. If I will open a law book here, Ali also has so many rights under the Law. There are no witness or camera to proof who touched who or who touched where.
