Maya owning up responsibility for Prem's death is interesting but not shocking! She is behind Samay's plan and her regret expressed to Saanjh was hollow!
Does she know samay is not dead? What happened in the time gap when Arjun left with Saanjh initially and later when he returned pleading Maya not to jump out of the window? Did Maya save Samay from drowning and was in fact in touch with him in those six months when Arjun was only visiting her once in a week, in the Asylum?
Post the third leap, we may perhaps get answers, hopefully!

@naomi my mom watches beyhadh now and then. She hates Maya and her actions and even tells Maya has no right to live. But even she keeps most of the blame on Saanjh telling why this woman is roaming like this with a married man. No friend will walk like this. She tells this chipku is responsible for most of the destruction. No sane person can see Arjun-Saanjh relation as platonic.

Didn't ever come to this thread because I hardly need explanations to Maya's crap monologues and actions. But just bumped into the last post. The TM has the ability to describe things quite well though. And I agree a lot to the fact that maya knows arjun much. A huge much. But that doesn't ever come down to this that saanjh doesn't know him. I don't understand why everything comes down only to a mere comparison between saanjh and maya.
Maya's knowing arjun completely well has only caused his destruction. Nothing else. Because when we are bound to someone's excessive knowledge or rather brains...brains used in typically evil deeds, destruction is bound to happen.
And I don't again understand why the third wheel here again is only and only saanjh, when we have seen how the current scenario cropped up majorly due to samay, another third wheel produced by Maya herself. Frankenstein. And that Frankenstein is forgotten. That sheer criminal is forgotten and every destruction is brought down to the head of saanjh first, then vandana...and then somehow arjun, and at last a little part ( though the TM doesn't at all want ) on maya just for the sake of it.
Applause.
Anyways Arjun actually wanted to keep the promises he gave to maya because he hadn't crossed his fingers then. Maya made him break them by showing him her worse. Arjun never meant to keep the promise he made to saanjh because he had already crossed his fingers. It was just to satisfy his already stressed out family.
And I have already talked of this. Beyhadh' s technicality is worse. Neither they maintained the timeline yesterday, nor showed that they possessed minimum medical knowledge.

@Penfolk when you dont understand something, just understand it is another POV and leave it at that. You told one thing right, when we know how others brain function and when we think with our brains destruction will happen. I completely agree to you on that. I hope you never go back on this line that excessive knowledge or rather brains, cause destruction.

Also I didn't get the sentences : Arjun's beyhadh hatred saanjh. Maya's beyhadh love ganesha. Are you addressing the later?

@penfolk I talked abt power. It is for battle of power. Power of hatred vs power of love. I was talking abt the fuel that will run the battle. It is little complicated. It cannot be explained unless you understand the metaphor perception or Maya or the need of it in the universe.

I want to understand.
Like, do you want to say that maya loves ganesha, although she discarded him. And arjun hates saanjh although he's there with him in need. Is that?
OR
You mean to say that ganesha's power will fuel maya's love, and saanjh's power will fuel Arjun's hatred?

I agree with your statement completely.
Saanjh was never the third wheel in Arya's relationship (as toxic as it was).
It was Maya who always came between them, pushing Saanjh aside and taking her place in front of her beloved Ganesha in the very first episode and scene itself.

@penfoolk Maya's beyhadh love is constructive only if it is fuelled by Ganesha, if she does the actions listening to him. Maya knows this theory but does not apply. Her beyhadh love is destructive because she takes actions herself and justifies it. The larger question is will she allow Ganesha to fuel her beyhadh love. That decision is upto her. She asked for a chance to show the truth of her love. But to recognize that chance, seize the opportunity she has to understand Ganesha's voice, she has to listen to him.

Yes Arjun's hatred will be fuelled by Saanjh. Saanjh is Arjun's madness, he himself told it, and according to me she is Arjun's power. As long as she remains Arjun's madness she will be destructive. The day she breaks free as an individual not allowing Arjun to control her as a remote she will change and that point is the point of change. Arjun's madness going out of his hand. As Arjun has a super inflated ego where he has kept the women in his life responsible for all his problems and all the 3 women has obliged this man one way or the other.
VM telling Arjun is emotional, Saanjh calling Arjun duffer, and Maya calling Arjun innocent and making him not own up any of his actions.
