@Soumi: It's amazing how she plays so well the victim. When Arjun goes away, when he is mad at her... she blames herself and makes anyone feel guilty for doing wrong to her. 😆

I understand what you are saying, but you are ignoring one incredibly vital point that has been shown since the leap happened. This is that even despite the fact that she succeeded in taking arjun away from his family to have him all for herself without intrusion from anybody else, her insecurities about him leaving her made her strip him of his freedom, which is what caused all the friction between them and why arjun was shown to start hating maya after the leap. Even after she got arjun all for herself, she would not let go of her insecurity and fears. So isn't it far too easy to blame others for maya's actions of trying to take arjun away from all of his family just to have him for herself? You can only blame other people for maya's actions to a certain extent, but after a certain point, and that cut-off point being the three years arjun and maya were living separately, the responsibility of maya's actions lie solely on maya and the choices she felt were right to her.

But still, they were not happy because Arjun was not happy without his family. And that's brings back everything to VM. If VM had accepted Maya then she would not have separated Arjun from his family and Saanjh and everyone would have been happy. But VM, Arjun and Saanjh broke the trust Maya was trying to build and she went back to her old manipulative self.

VM's hatred for Maya is not justified at all. She made a judgement based on one single incident and also by misunderstanding that pandit's words. He only said that Maya's love will be beyhadh but VM gave an entirely different meaning to it. And also she believed Ashwin's words because that matched her already made up judgement about Maya.
