It could be a staged plan of Maya. And if it indeed turns out to be, then most of us here won't be surprised. Police and Samay entered on the very 'right' moment and like you said, it was Maya who was breaking those vases, even I noticed that. Arjun would sympathise with his wife only because that's the picture which Maya has painted.

My issue is, why did Ayaan give Maya this chance? Those dialogues, any girl who would listen to them would believe that Ayaan had an intention to exploit her. If not sexually then physically, that very thing is going against Ayaan at the moment.

Anyways, drama is going the Gone Girl way. Don't be surprised if Maya gets away with everything she does..right or wrong.

The door of Jhanvi's room was slightly opened. I think, she saw what actually happened.

Maya is more intelligent than any other character in this show, her brain works faster than the speed of light. If there is something against her in the cctv footage, she would definitely destroy it.

I think, Arjun would believe Maya and just gives his statement whatever he heard and wait for the verdict.

Samay is the person who knows Maya better. If he blindly believed Maya, he would not be sitting with Ayaan (shown in the precap)

For me what ayan did was cringe worthy and at the same time what maya did was cringeworthy too... this reminded me of aitraz movie ... actually yday episode is not complete one I feel... there are many questions like why did ayan say tum hi aise harkate kar sakte ho... is it bcz he saw Arjun in room from the door tied like that bcz of maya .. how did police come so fast that means as soon as samay came... doesn't it look staged?
Presently in maya vs ayan right now maya case is strong just like priyanka in aitraz movie... akshay also said something like sexy or hot for priyanka which backfired on him bcz of such dialogues as the office members came for witness saying he used to flirt... going by the same way evryine including Arjun may believe ayan indeed did that bcz he used to call her hotness ki devi and his past record with girls is not good enough so making his side of case weak...
Saanj like Kareem's will play crucial role as lawyer... they may be on the verge of losing case with maya and saanj may get full cctv footage or jhanvi help to know what exactly happened that day and mayhelp ayan to come out from this case without guilty... definitely maya must have done all these to frame ayan and ayan anger on her and his desperation to save his brother , he was drunk and his dialogues to maya looked bad but I guess maya will safely hide cctv footage and all proofs until saanj finally gets it somehow and proove that in these kind of attemptive rape case or sexual assault hamesha mard hi nahi galat hai aurat bhi galat ho sakti hai just like how Kareena ended...

Yes, even I was reminded of Aitraaz movie after watching yesterday's episode. PeeCee was ferocious in that movie 😊.

The best thing for Ayaan was to come with the cops & get Maya arrested but he didn't do that. The words he uttered, me teri esi halat kardunga ki tum duniya ko mooh dikhane ki layak nani rahega heads towards rape/molestation. He chose to take the matter in his hands.

He asked her for the keys twice.Also look at he words ayaan used.Ayaan thought she was pretending as being a victim This is what he said. Kya lagta hai tumhe yeh harkath kar ke tum bach jaogi.Its obvious maya was pretending that ayaan was going to target her that is why he said it.He also said chavi tum jaha marzi rakh lo muje koi fark nahi padtha..So his intention is proven he wanted to take the keys and not rape her.He is a fool to touch a psycho evil girl like maya who is bound to put rape allegation against him.She is an opportunist as.she waits for her prey to make a move

Proofs that could prove Ayaan as guilty..

1) Arjun's statement - Arjun was tied because he was supposed to hear what Maya wanted him to hear. Maya made sure that Arjun heared them but not actually 'see' what really happened.
2) Samay's entry - Samay saw Ayaan on top of Maya
3) CC camera's - Would certanily prove Ayaan guilty

The only person who knows what happened actually is obviously our Jaanu, 'Jhanvi'.

Even Saanjh will testify against Ayan when asked what he said to her over the phone...😃

On one hand I want Jhanvi to come out of coma and reveal everything on the other hand I don't want it to happen too soon as I am actually enjoying the thrill factor of this show 😳
