Hence, though at first sight, Ayan appears to be totally wrong, but knowing Maya's staged dramas, I would say, "not guilty"...

Even for murder, motive is an important determinant for degree of punishment...if it's self defence, it's no punishment at all...Here, it was a brother desperate to NOT SAVE HIMSELF, BUT HIS BROTHER...He wanted to have his brother released from the clutches of a psycho wife...Nothing more than that...

Maybe Ayaan was not right, but then he wasn't wrong either...Ayan the man wasn't right, but Ayan the brother wasn't wrong...

Jhanvi is a key witness to the portion which might have been edited out...Since MAYA has been shown to stage dramas with Arjun in the last 3 years, framing him of being a wife beater when he isn't, I won't be surprised at all if this too turns out to be another one of the famous staged dramas by Maya to establish Ayan as an attempted rapist...

Maybe, Samay's intervention allowed Ayan to only be charged with "attempt to rape"

Else, he could have been accused of "rape" itself by Maya...

(Who noticed Maya's dialogue to Ayan, "Samajhdaar DIKHTE ho, ho nahi"...Who noticed that it wasn't as if things were getting broken when Ayan was doing "zabardasti" with Maya...Things were getting broken even before Ayan tore off her sleeves...From past experience one can safely deduce that it was Maya who broke those things.. .

Ayan only tore her sleeves n gave her leering looks(which is cringe worthy on face value) to scare her into giving him the room key, which SHE led him on to believe was in her dress, (by crossing her arms across her chest) when he asked for the room key...

Also, Maya's molestation of a drugged Arjun was cringe worthy...Why is it that we only react in such cases of gender reversal??

When one evaluates the entire situation, considering motives involved, I find Arjun's molestation by Maya more cringe worthy than Ayan's attempts to retrieve the room keys from Maya...

I clearly saw amorous desires in Maya n none at all in Ayan...N I saw only a brother who wanted to protect his brother at any cost...From the clutches of a most manipulative woman...

Let's see how the drama unfolds further...Fascinating...

Both are at fault! But there is a key difference! The degree & extent of it!
Ayan might pay for his over reach (or more directly for his violent behavior) immediately & will get relief over time with legal help!
But for Maya the crime graph will keep going up till it touches the pinnacle!
Then, She will also pay for her sins, when she meets her True Friend!!
Eventually she too will get justice -a peace of mind, finally!

Funny thing is.. Ayaan himself did not know that he was trying to rape Maya 😆. Ayaan, tune kya kar diya 😆😉. I couldn't stop laughing watching his expression, when he was told he was trying to rape her.

Same people being biased against Maya. Yawn. What's new?

Jhanvi was in her room so she does not know what happened between ayaan and maya.If maya uses cctv footage to prove ayaan guilty it will backfire her. Because in the cctv footage she will be seen keeping the keys somewhere else.Sanjh can than try to prove that maya tried to lure ayaan by showing that she has keys with her.Ayaan will be seen asking maya for the keys in the cctv footage..

Question is what role will arjun play in this and whose side he will on and will maya threaten him with anything.

what role will samay play in this and whose side he will take.Will the court consider cctv footage against maya or will it go with the testimony of samay if he acts as a witness against ayaan.

What a brilliant plan by Maya to estrange Arjun from his family, once again. Maya is a loony but what a vividly clever one.
With the help of Ayaan's boozed stupidity, she's once again found a path to keep Arjun to herself and make him feel sorry for herself. This time I see Arjun being on Maya's side. He's a gentleman deep down and he will choose his toxic, loony wife over an apparent offender of his wife's modesty.

My heart goes out to him. What a way to ruin someone's life.

BTW, if Samay testifies against Ayaan, will Saanjh and his faux relationship will continue? I can't see that happening.

if ayan was searching the keys why difnt he shout give me the keys? why didnt he say to her again n again give me the keys why did he shout maya me teri esi halat kardunga bla bla bla, if he wanted the keys he would have looked for them n not rip her cloths even if she did keep them in her body. he bite her neck, was the key there? yes it was maya jal she did throw all things n ayan played along with his cheap words n action.

There was never any intent or attempt to rape...

Tearing of sleeves does appear gross, but I hope to we Ayan acquired of this charge soon...
