Beyhadh is a finite series, with a main plot in place, with minor changes in sub plots, to give the CVs some creative flexibility...This is what I'd read in one article some time back...

I definitely support Ayan. Ayan was wrong to physically assault maya but looking at the entire picture it's maya who is more at fault. Ayan realised maya manipulated and broke their family and three years made arjun s hell and arjun has become a women beater in public eyes, then he finds his brother unconscious and locked... After going through so much people do lose their minds... He Never intended to rape

no use having or giving an opinion here with certain fan grps just loving to mocking the opinion of other fan grps. no wonder there are so many fights on this forum with fans being referred to as "them". and how do u know that i was not referring to saanhj fans or arjun fans being unhappy with the ending in case they are shown bad. but i guess i should just imagine that "them" is for all the fan grps.

From Maya's POV: Had Maya really thought Ayaan was trying to rape her?

If Yes, then Maya needs justice.

If No, she obviously lied and there is nothing more disgusting than a false accusation of rape.

From Ayaan's POV: Had Ayaan really thought of raping Maya? (here, I am not talking about physical assault but the assault with intent to commit rape)

If Yes, he should be punished brutally.

If No, then Ayaan also needs justice as his motive was not rape.

But either of their motive was not shown clearly to us.

Well to whom it may concern, of course the forum is already divided into a you and me thing and there's no point being extremely diplomatic. Also I didn't quote anyone. And I don't really mind being stamped as a Maya hater because I actually am. And so for anyone holding any ridiculous ( to me) explanations to justify her, I would stamp them as "them" actually because I'm not one of them. I made the above comment because I believe CVs won't mess up anything at all as the storyline is already set. And because I strongly believe my theories, I am sure of what the endgame is. And as I said yet I pray my theories go wrong because lest many many many poor souls out der will be disheartened and might even blame us. Because I've seen ridiculous comments out in this forum. And regarding the fan wars, my comment won't worsen the already worse situations people have created. So again, there's no point being diplomatic at all. Yet I was, by not quoting anyone. Seems people are a bit tooo concerned about comments made from the opposite clan.
