To stick to a judgement is certainly not wrong.

To stick to a judgement when there is ample evidence and facts sitting in front of one pointing to the contrary is well... foolish, or put in the context of this serial, duffergiri.

The ability to change/alter your opinion and accept your mistakes (if any) after analysing the facts subjectively and logically is the hallmark of a grounded/unbiased/neutral person.

That's all I'll say.

@shruthiravi Maya planted samay in saanjh s life.Samay is psycho who played with emotions of saanjh and her family, samay killed prem. So is this an emotional crime or physical crime? This crime is way beyond physical and emotional crime. It is heinous crime and that's why it is punishable under IPC.
Then framing Ayan. Was it physical or emotional crime? Maya destroyed Ayan s life. It is heinous crime.

Nobody is ignoring vandana s behaviour towards maya. But if u compare the crimes. Vandana did is not even 10% of what maya did against the Mathur family and Sharma family.

Maya was a victim of ashwin but today she is destroying so many lives. So if we hate ashwin for destroying maya s life then how can we support maya for destroying so many lives? Ashwin destroyed one life but maya destroyed so many lives.

@aekiel Laska never claimed herself to be a neutral person. She is a Maya fan, she admits it. So leave her for that.
@tanvi I have clearly mentioned how others have contributed for Maya's condition. Who asked Vandana to listen to Ashwin alone. Why her judgement has to be clouded by Ashwin's words alone and not what Maya told. I never told Maya should not be punished. I only told the people who are responsible for her condition should acknowledge their crimes/mistakes. Second you dont decide what is the extend of your crime/mistake. It is decided by the supreme power.

That is the difference between revenge and justice. Revenge is getting what you want, justice is getting what is right. When you go for justice you will also lose certain things because you also have committed crime/mistake that has resulted in negativity for others. If you accept them, you will have peace.

What I dont accept is Maya did everything, and the oil poured on that fire is ignored which Vandana has done, Saanjh has done. Saanjh atleast has some remorse on the accidental pulling down of Maya where she lost her baby. She has not got over it. Vandana is remorseless.

Ayan is a victim, unfortunately the poison his mother tried to fill in the life of Maya with her I am the Goddess attitude , he will have to drink it.

And I stick to my statement Ashwin was kept alive by Vandana with her actions and Prem is kept alive by Arjun who has passed it on to Saanjh.

That scene where Vandana tells Samay has the right to light the pyre of Prem and Arjun telling he doesnt have and gives the right to Saanjh was very symbolic. Vandana makes wrong judgements on her partial knowledge, while Arjun who is more perceptive knows what is right intuitively. Vandana has followed Ashwin the darkness that is why she gave the right to the killer to light the pyre, Arjun follows Prem, he will restore the right to the right person at the right time.

Strongly disagree on your views about Vandana...why should Vandana show remorse ?

...for being right in her judgement about Maya?
Or for Maya having destroyed both her sons' lives?!??
Or for physically torturing her n scaring her after her heart attack???

Vandana has not filled Maya's life with poison...if anyone, it's mayas parents who have. ...vandana is another one of her victims who was helplessly watching while Arjun got entangled in her maayajaal...

As for this thread being TMs home, I strongly disagree again...
This is an open forum, n enyone n everyone has equal right to walk in n out of threads as n when they please...

If TM is a Maya fan, no problem...but if some members like Krystal n tanvi are putting forth counterarguments to TMs justifications, I don't see anything wrong in that...just like TM is said to have used proper language, Krystal n tanvi too have used proper language...TM should be able to answer them...

Shruti, it is common sense and intellect which lets us decide the extent of one's crimes. Else there would be no difference between a theft and a murder. There is something called 'extent'.

Vandana's mistakes can never be seen in the same light as Maya's. She never willfully tried to ruin anybody's life. She might've been short-sighted and given to poor judgment, but she was never a criminal. She never willingly tried to push Maya into the dark.

Childhood abuse is never an excuse for heinous crimes, NO MATTER the extent of abuse. No matter. Many rapists/serial killers are victims of childhood abuse; but that does excuse their crimes? No.

This 'childhood abuse is the card to get away with everything you do' argument is deeply disturbing on many levels.

They've not officially shown it yet, but I reckon there was no baby when Saanjh pulled her down

Reasons

1) Preceded that by that scene with the nurse where Maya seems to have got the idea of pregnancy from her.

2) No blood, no hospital visit, Maya happily lifts heavy idol minutes after losing baby

3.) When Maya sees Saanjh after three years at the jewellery shop,, the first memory that comes to Maya's mind is not that of her losing her baby.

4) Apart from that very day, Arjun isn't shown to have anything against Saanjh for the incident. His memories of her do not seem to be tainted by that incident at all, which is rather telling for a person like Arjun who wears his emotions on his sleeve (Sautela comes out of his mind so easily) and thinks with his heart.

@aek my point was whether Maya had baby or not. My point was Saanjh have remorse for that action as far as she is concerned there was baby. Because when she sees Maya that comes to her first, when she argues in court when Maya talks about the first baby we see tears in Saanjh again when she comes mocking at Maya and Maya tells Arjun mera bacha she immediately backs of. Saanjh is deeply affected by that incident and she feels she owes Maya because even in court she tells dont worry your number will come.
@khushi my point is if you disagree strongly on certain points what is the need to go again and again in circles. Because the person wont agree to your point, you wont agree to his or her point. Who benefits. You or her. Infact no one.
