@poornima car has got something to do for sure😆😆. When Vandana pushed Ashwin's head was hit, head hitting can have many impacts 😉. Poornima yes sudden announcement upset her, but that is what she did to the 6 year old. Just walked in as his mother within 6 months of his biological mother's death. And they were all blaming Arjun, his perception blah blah, look how Vandana is behaving now

@unique, Nithu I agree to you, it was hatred for Maya than concern for Arjun that stood prominent in Vandana

@Baru every MIL is not like what is shown in TV. I am telling from personal experience. I share a very good relation with my MIL. She is quite supportive of me,sometimes to the extend my husband says am I your son or she is your daughter. It is time TV shows showed good MIL-DIL relations because they do exist.

Haven't watched the episode, but was Vandana really as heartless as the precap suggested? If so, then it takes a pretty cold-hearted person to not show any sympathy towards a mentally ill woman being humiliatedon her wedding day. She isn't as wonderful a woman/mother as she initially seemed.

I agree that Maya was not acting today. For her it ended. If Ashwin told today about her stabbing him, he will again tell whatever is pending. She can never be happy.

But I am sure for what Vandana gave her today, Maya will give back to her with interest. Maya was coming to that house as Lakshmi, just that the diya in front of Goddess Lakshmi was fully lighted when Vandana prayed.

By listening to Ashwin Vandana has made a Kali out of her. If that wedding is happening in fire of course Maya is Aag se Janmi. Born out of fire and will unleash destruction of the system that has given her pain and didnt listen to her until someone is able to hold her, which Arjun cannot, as he left her hand today.

Evn more heartless thn yesterday precap.. Maya was crying miserably and she waa totally unsympathetic..maya was so vulnerable today that she acceptd her defeat and let go of arjun giving him to his mother. She is being blinded towards a woman pain and thinking only about her satisfaction.

I agree with poornima here, arjun introduced maya as his girlfriend and told everyone to deal with it. he never asked anyone whether they are ok with maya or take the time to explain her complicated past. A period of adjustment and bonding was needed but arjun jumped straight to marriage. Still, the treatment being handed out to maya is insensitive. Saanjh and Vandana both want to safe gaurd arjun, but just like rest of the world, they disregarded maya and she became this ugly version of herself.

Vandana is your typical Mother, obsessed with son but not an iota of concern for his wife. she looked surprised that arjun was disobeying her but when did he even listen to her? they may be on good terms but not so good that he will bend down to her or be ok with her disgusting behaviour. if janvi is done fighting ashwin, then I hope she gives vandana a piece of her mind.

I'm happy that arjun stood up her, there will be time when he won't but today it mattered the most and i'm glad he he was there.

it is not about mental illness here. Humiliating a girl to this extent, then not feeling bad is awful regardless of the girl's mental health.

@Drift Maya was shut in a room. Vandana has broken her marriage. What if the girl does something like attempt of suicide. Vandana didnt care. She was only irritated that Maya's cries were affecting Arjun

@pom I agree to what you and Poornima said, a bonding was required. But what Vandana did to Arjun she is getting back now. She was telling naa she thought after her marriage with Arjun father everything will be ok. So Arjun is also thinking once he marries Maya everything will be ok.

I loved today's episode.

And the person who impressed me the most today is Arjun. Of everything he has said till date, his dialogues today felt the most genuine. People say that a person's tells truth when he's drunk but I beg to differ. A person's true self comes out when the loved ones in his/her life is hurt. That's exactly what happened to Arjun today. His mother stood there repeating what a constant abuser fed into her head, never bothering to think once from the other person's POV. And that's what triggered a reaction in Arjun. He saw and understood that his mother is not going to stand by his love and support him. And he blasted out. Interestingly even today it was Arjun who used the term "beyhadh". He was today genuinely concerned about the love of his life. Today he did not see the riches or fame but the broken, vulnerable Maya craving for his love. And his feelings came out in open. Loved all his dialogues today.

Today even Maya was shocked to hear Arjun opposing his mother and standing up for her. That's something no one has ever done for her(except her mother occasionally). Today both Jhanvi and Arjun took a decision seeing Maya's tears but Maya took a promise in front of the God. Curiously it's always Maya who stands before the God and takes decisions in front of him. That's one thing different about Maya. When evil gains power, God himself will come to end the evil. Today Ashwin was shown as a complete evil. Till today what he did was for the property but what he did today was to destroy his daughter, his own blood. And he crossed all limits today. So somebody does put an end to it. But the question is WHO? And I don't think its Maya. Maya took a vow in front of the God and that's gives me hope that at some point God will show her the right way. Besides Maya never said anything about murdering Ashwin. All she said was that today she'll win and he'll lose and there are so many ways for her to win other than killing Ashwin.

Just saw a few minutes from the scene in which Vandana says, main Arjun ko kaise samjhaoon?

But what is there to explain to Arjun? It is true that Maya was tortured by Ashwin and he is an unreliable man. So why is Vandana so ready to believe him that she has absolutely zero sympathy for Maya? It is one thing to care for your son, quite another to be so cold and thoughtless.

It was also laughable that she thought that Ashwin was saying what he was for Arjun's well being. 😆

Probably going against the grain here, but from Vandana's POV.

She's seen "mad" Maya- the one who broke her glass on seeing Saajun together, and the one who ate that mirchi with the vada pav, plus Saanjh's story of what happened to her at Maya's house, and the one who put her tattoo on her son's heart (not any other place, but the heart)

She has NOT seen the manipulative Ashwin- not the guy who says "Maya baby" and not the person who tried to slap his own daughter.

She saw Arjun hitting Ashwin, but Arjun refused to tell the reason for it.

She's heard from Maya about Ashwin's antics, but not from Ashwin or Jhanvi. She's seen Ashwin with Jhanvi- the day of the kundali matching, and has also seen that the mother in Jhanvi still deemed it fit for Ashwin to be in the house. She has also seen Jhanvi and Ashwin together at the hospital.

She has NO idea about Ashwin being a gold digger (blackmails for money and shares).

You believe what your eyes see.

What has she seen- various hints at Maya's "madness", and it's not thoroughly incomprehensible to understand why she does what she does.
