I didn't miss a single episode of Beyhadh 1....I started watching the show (And still watch) because I love Jenny Jen..... But its not a good show... There are shows where my family talks and I have to yell at them to stop or I'll miss a dialogue...With Beyhadh 2, the show is running on my TV and I am yet to watch an episode without losing interest..

Jennifer - She is getting repetitive scenes, she is an actor par excellence.....the scene in office where she encountered MJ was enough to prove what she can do without needing dialogues.... I had goosebumps... But all other scenes are same.... Spoken as if she is reading lines from a teleprompter..

Its just my opinion... Didn't intend to hurt anyone

I fully agree with you Fruity. Beyhadh 1 was high on the 'novelty' element, Maya Mehrotra's character was something never seen before on Hindi television before. Also, the show was completely unpredictable.

Season 2 is a more formulaic, run-of-the-mill revenge story that's been seen numerous times on TV. The novelty factor is missing.

yeah i honestly skipped today's episode. Maya 1.0 was out of this world. Maya 2.0 seems weaker in comparison.

I beg to differ Beyhadh 1 was amazing and unique in it's own way. Comparisions are bound to happten. But IMO, Beyhadh 2 has always had the thrilling element since day 1. It's well written and the cast this time opposite Jen is amazing and talented. In season 1, it was Jen carrying the show on her shoulders as Kushal and Aneri were such terrible actors.

I am finding it very hard to root for Maya .... I love Jenny so much....I just am not able to feel anything for her apart from the scene I mentioned....Jennifer being monotonous is a nightmare for me.... I also loved that scene where she was playing coy Maya with Rishi and they lost the plot when Maya started acting same in front of both Rishi and rudra...... there has to be a difference....I believes it was a key point to show 3 different Mayas....She has worked for years for this revenge .... It should have stayed with her.....I don’t feel the thrill because Maya is shown very powerful and what is the source of this power? .....We don’t know....What we know is that It was later in the show when Maya tried to drown her mother....I saw her doing it a few episodes ago in Beyhadh 2.... It has just started .....Give us a breather and a scope to connect with Maya

In my opinion....They have taken Maya reciting mantras and one tone of speaking from Beyhadh 1 ....they are repeating that in this season...

I would like torespectfully disagree that B1 was better than B2. In my honest opinion, I find B2more exciting than B1 and that too by miles.

B1 lost its charm for me over time especiallyafter the leap. Apart from Maya, the acting in general was really weak by allthe actors throughout the show. The writing got worse over time making Maya outto be some vamp, rather than a character with issues. She was shown as someonewho was not letting anyone live in peace due to her obsession with Arjun andhatred for Saanjh and others. It became really boring for me personally towatch the same thing every single time for an entirety of the show. There was nocharacter progression or growth in general among any characters, even Maya toan extent. The writers in B1 never really dived deep into their main character,Maya or her history or how she became so different psychologically. Herfather's character was killed off too early, especially considering he was thereason behind her issues. It was just all about Maya being mentally ill andusing that as cause for her insecurities. In the end, all the show showed wasthat we shouldn’t include or help people with psychological issues as theymight ruin our lives along theirs because of their innate evilness. They arepeople that cannot return to normalcy. That is a fail in my books as a rivetingstory.

On the other hand, I believe B2 is gearing upfor an exciting war and it will have a lot of twists and turns and it will be atreat to watch because of the amazing screen presence by all the actors. Everysingle actor on this show is well suited and the main leads have an amazingchemistry. The writing in general has been so much better than B1 due to allthe foreshadowing, unique characters, and just the unpredictability on whatwill happen next. The forecasted character growth of each character will bequite exciting to watch.

Why don’t I feel this?..... I am trying very hard to like it .... Beyhadh 1 and Jenny’s performance in it was the reason they made Beyhadh 2.....I was very excited for it......Even ratings are going down....You couldn’t miss a single episode of Beyhadh 1....ratings dropped after Maya became negative....

Tell me something....masked she advances was promoted....What did Maya do in party?...something is missing....

They have explored Maya’s character enough in Beyhadh 1...that’s what they had said as an excerpt before they air the show..that tym getting to know Maya was a thing that drawn us to the show..but now they are using that maya in to this show which is amazingly unique...this is not a normal revenge drama...this is indeed a psychological thriller in a different way..to say ... strategically...the strategy they picked from epic Mahabharatha...yes, ultimately the reach is the down fall of the Phoenix MJ... that we all know..when,why ,and most importantly ‘how’ is the thing here...

Maya last tym reacted to her situations they she was tangled in...but this tym she knew what she’s doing..and in here with an agenda...Jenni clarified this before the 1st promo release.

This is more on the story...Revenge..when someone is damn confident they choose to watch the play from afar..that’s what Maya’s doing..when she gets tangled in the relationship (which I expect to be with Rudra) we might able to see Maya’s catharsis..

Maya 1.0 got no justice but atleast we saw so many different shades to her. Granted they could've shown Maya 1.0 getting actual help and kicking Arjun to the curb, but we cried with Maya 1.0 when she cried, we felt anger in our hearts when she had anger and so on.

I can not empathize with Maya 2.0 at all, she's so one dimensional. Like I've said before Beyhadh 2.0 is literally another season of Naagin without the snakes lmao. Maya 2.0 just want revenge for MJ's wrongdoings. Maya 1.0 just wanted to feel safe for once in her life, while she felt safe with Arjun during her honeymoon phase, he betrayed her after marrying her. That's why I relate to Maya 1.0 a lot better. A woman who was betrayed by so many men in her life who just wanted to feel safe for once in her life. Versus Maya 2.0 who's only mission is to destroy MJ who allegedly ruined her life. Like atleast MJ is out of Maya 2.0's life. Ashwin and Rajeev 1.0 were never gonna leave Maya 1.0 the hell alone. Not saying MJ shouldn't go unpunished, but do you get what I mean? Maya 1.0 had horrible circumstances juxtaposed to Maya 2.0.
