Exactly, boosi.
For all their problems with 'maalik' /'maalkin', dont remember ever Hiten being outraged at being addressed as 'chote maalik'. Anyone recollect Hiten saying 'don't call me chote maalik. call me Hiten. I am your friend'!
And he told Khemi, 'I want to make you choti maalkin'. Wonder what maalkin meant in this instance? I thought it meant, the eldest bahu of the house, the next female head of the house. or did it mean the same thing people accuse Santo of?

so I think there has to be some shortcomings in hiten which makes dm a better person and santu a better malkin as she can be a wellwisher of the whole dharampur excluding his own sister from the list
right guys?

DM and Nyaay whar r u toalking abt.......he should not think too much abt village and villagers and there well being...... he should be like his son ...in the name of love insult ur father, ur fathers wife.....but stop dont insult and speak rudely to nanji or shambu (oops shambu has lost his golden chance of being defended by Hiten saab)..........he shoud have forgive maulik...since he was his son.....he surely did injustice to Khemi by agreeing for Shambu-Khemi wedding....how I wish he did not agree to the wedding now...Hiten woudl haev taken upon himself to get Khemi-shambu married.......

Santu is definately not the well wisher for anyone...why else would she ask Khemi to forget Hiten (nothign to do with the kundali which was a big deal till now nad the reason santu got married first...not thing to do with maasi-bhanja relation...no way).....cause she is jealous of her sister.....as Hiten rightly said...stupid santu....she needs to get a life......

r u Kidding Hiten and shortcomings......with all the diamond throwing, not caring a hoot abt his own sister or brother.....disrespecting his dad for always standing by his words......disrespecting santu for helpng him ....no way....

Yes Hitenji...stop being what ur are...that is a wanna be DM .....and please oh please wearing a butterscotch kurta is not gonna make u DM.......u need qualities too u know....and stop calling urself chote Maalik....and Khemi chote Maalkin......u dont get the perks u know.........

LOL boosi,
Hiten, a wannabe DM? 😆
I am sure we will all begin to like Hiten more when he starts giving respect to everyone. More than DM, i really feel bad when he shouts at Santo. Just because she is younger than him, and poor, and from lower caste, and is married to his dad, does he really have to be so nasty to her? I am sure that if Khemi ever witnesses Hiten shouting at Santo, she will refuse to marry him.
May be that's what Santo needs to do. Hide Khemi in an adjoining room, and ask Hiten to come. All she has to do is say 'Hiten bhai, I beg you'. Hiten will start shouting and the job will be done. Khemi will give him the answer😆

I think people are forgeting that Hiten decided to marry Khemi only after he came to know that Khemi was unhappy with the marriage and pleaded with her God to giev her strength to forget Hiten which she could not. He had earlier agreed for Khemi-Shambu marriage thinking that was what she wanted. So he was prepared to defy his father if he had gone against the marriage because for him Khemi's happiness was paramount. Knowing that she will not be happy with Shabu, he cannot go along with the marriage. DM's views on this did not count one way or other. It is Khemi who counted. Yes, by marrying Khemi and giving her happiness he will be happy too for he loves her. If that makes him selfish, so be it. Afterall DM too married for selfish reasons. Did he bother to ask his children's consent before he married or did he even bother to sit them down as soon as they came and explain sanely why he did what he did? He put it off for too long and the children came to know in their own way.
Yes, Hiten was rude and insulted his father. But then he was raised by a man who too insulted Nanaji who happens to be his grand father-in-law. Yes, he is his worker but by marrying his grand daughter, does he not have an obligation to pay the old man some respect? Yet, he pounced on him and accused him of being careless when the diamond broke. If he can vent his anger on an old man who is equivalent to his grandfather by relationship without hearing him out why should Hiten be expected to be polite to a man who was telling him he cannot marry the woman he loves because her kundali is not good and that he himself married a young girl because her kundali was good?

Amen to that Usha ..
There are thousands of couple who will wait for their parents approval before they elope ..
Eloping is like committing hara-kiri .. it's an act done without ANY regard for the parents that
raised and brought you up ..

@ Opti :

You call that insulting Nanaji?
That was an owner talking to his most trusted worker after he messed up something that was of such immense gravity to the entire village.. and if you see by DM's standards (of getting angry) , it was nothing .. he has always accorded Nanaji with proper respect of being an elder.. and look at what Hiten does.. the only time Nanaji asks something out of him with authority of being his guru , he goes ahead and tells him that he will not oblige! Why? Why could not Hiten assure him that nothing would be done without everyone's consent? There was still a day to the wedding ... was it not?

yes hiten, stop being what u are and be like dm,make sweet talks to the villagers and marry moongi or even a girl smaller than her for the sake of ur business and still demand respect from birwa, make a team with ur foii and insult her every moment keep her like a slave or even worse than that, throw her out whenever u wish and take her in whenever ur mood changes, then u may be the right person to be called dharampur ka maalik and not chote maalik.
santu is definitely a well wisher for everyone as she believes her sister's life(the only one to put a question on dm santus's marriage in front of nanaji and thinking about her share of happiness whn the village was going gaga on the fact that santu is destined to be malkin)is too cheap to be sacrificed for the sake of her false family and false relationships.I dont know what she would have done if khemi had met hiten somehow before she got so called married to dm.oh yes I know, after entering the mahiyawanshi house she would have abused khemi'chee kitni giri hui harkat ki hain tumne behna, apne bhanje ke saath.......
even I think hiten has shortcomings.he didnt even have to right to try if he did not succed or he should have consulted a jyotish who would have predicted he would by mistake take a dose and would break the diamond.i mean how can u think of trying in a sitaution where no other options are available before forecasting that u would succeed and before knowing u cant errr.that is u cant behave like a normal human?sheh!!!how dare he......and look at him.what silly expressions is he making....santu thought he is depressed and frustrated and consoled him.she should have understood like u that he is disrespecting her and the whole dharampur by stopping them from leaving the village.....
hiten I think u dont even have the right to cry after throwing the heera in depression though u thought the most of finding a way out to save dharampur.maybe you should have been like boosi who is the most perfect person in the whole world.u should have known u dont have a right to lose..and why the hell did you throw the coin in the well whn u told santu once u would not do it ever.just for disrespecting santu?chee.sharm aani chahiye tumhe....u should be like dm and should have told santu not to put her head in between as it is antrastriya vyappar and her small village matter and give respect to her...😆 😆 😆 😆 😆 😆
