Isn't dying or getting banished is better than putting up with those lecherous looks he gives her?
She could have used the same knife which she gave Nimboli to protect herself in the big wide world.

At least she would have had a life for herself.Good one or bad one.

Did Daddu and Dsa tell her that live in Jaitser forever?
They asked A to live in Jaitser in good faith, looking at her fragile condition. However there was an underlined expectation as well - which is to find Nandini asap and move on with life (leave BH).

Almost everyone including DSa, J and G welcomed A looking at her fragile state but no one really expected that she will live in BH forever. That is why even Ganga was suffocated eventually.

Why blame family or use family's desires in order to sheild Anandi's poor decision making skills.

And even today - what is Anandi's plan for her and her son's life?

Why put Mangala on pedastal so much for living in her own house or for looking after Nimboli.

She is ok as is - doing her bits and is even getting there. Kamli, Chagni, Urmi and Nandini all love her. And this love is earned by M. Tomorrow, all these girls will stand up for her and they may all fight Akhi together.Mangala's mission may be solved.

M is doing well for herself even after living with that monster. Can look after her honour too. And is not deliberately making Nandini's life hell.

It looks like you didn't read my post clearly. Reaching her goal is apparently very important for mangala. By going against him she would get killed or thrown out without actually reaching her goal. She wants to punish akhiraj! And so not acting like a fool doing silly things like fighting openly or running or anything else which wouldn't help her do it. These acts in fact take her away from her goal.

Only one character came with no scope for any changes. Writers CVs and more importantly the channel will NEVER ALLOW her to get any grey shades😆

This is not entirely true . Bhairon, Shyam , Shiv all were introduced as positive , fair characters and remain the same till their departure.

All the rest of the characters have come with inbuilt mechanisms which can be used to twist change the character to suit the story they are telling.

From what I have seen from the start I can say that unlike other shows BV's CVs main aim is to reform bad, negative characters into positive good ones not to convert good into bad ones. They rarely played with their good characters beyond a reasonable limit . It happened only with Sumitra but still her reasons to hate G were not wrong though her behaviour was .
But I can agree with you that to drag the union of current and future lead they can show some undesirable changes in the character of the lady who does not have benefit of being a lead. Till now that character is amiable and virtuous.

It is just that some people think that they have noticed the inbuilt mechanisms which allow this particular much debated character to be reshaped remodeled so they are interested debating in those possible mechanisms😛😆😉

Time will tell😛
As it happens those few ppl seems determined to notice that inbuilt mechanism even if it is not visible to others how hard they try. 😉😆
Btw I think CVs too took notice of these much debated invisible inbuilt mechanisms ( they might be visiting here) that is why to clear the doubt of those some ppl ,they have again shown how selflessly that character has saved the future lead. Otherwise there was no use of showing the same thing again.

Anandi still holds the record 😎. She has so many threads running to more than 100 pages dedicated to debating her actions.
Next comes Balak Var of Anandi

Mangala has a long way to go before she can arouse that much passion in viewers's minds😛

They are thing of past. Current flavour of the season is Mangla . No post is going to complete without mentioning her even if she is no where near the scene. Now with you guys help in the form of digging hard to find something grey about her, Mangla may keep on marching her way to form her own record.😉😳

----------------------

Waiting for the right time doesn't mean one sits around and waits doing nothing- Mangala does that in case of Akheraj.

Anandi gathers more things and information that will nail them and making sure when she points a finger at that person it was not done wrongly and there is no mistake. It is time consuming but one has to be sure that the person is guilty and an innocent person is not wrongly accused.

😲 Anandi gathers more things and information ?😆 She could not utilize the crucial information she already had from last 11 years to search her missing daughter which is more imp than taking any revenge, let alone searching more things and information . Huh

This same Anandi didn't lose even a minute while proving to the villagers that Shravan was the one who maligned her and trying to ruin her reputation.

The same Anandi could not search any proof against Rasika herself for trapping her husband though we were kept on waiting that she would find the truth of Narendra's murder by adding 2 and 2 herself. It was last minute discovery of miraculous friend by Shiv himself with whom Narendra shared his pain that saved Shiv , A could not do any thing substantial to expose the truth.

Even in the case of Anoop she told Shiv that 'chote papa aisa nahi kar sakte' despite knowing his underhand ways in stealing bhaili's staff. Were was her discernment? They believed on Anoop's innocence on the basis of stupid investigation of naive Khazan singh ?

Sanchi's case was she waiting for the right time or gathering evidence to support her claim or was she trying to make sure when she accused Sanchi she was right and she wasn't being unfair to her?

When Sanchi her self admitted that she has bribed the pundit what other proofs she was gathering?

@Bold did Anandi wait for right time to expose or she decided to forgive that old lady and give her another chance?
When and why did she expose that lady? - The lady did not learn any lessons from the compassion that was shown to her.The lady has not changed her ways.

The lady already had many chances to learn her lesson but did not learn any thing so what was the purpose of forgiving her even after that serious crime?
How it can be decided that enough is enough ? Why not one more chance was given to her when finally Anandi spoke up against her?

File on Anoop - When Shiv got that file it was just mere suspicions he was looking into Anop's case when he died - gathering evidence against Anop or in favour of his innocence.
The next collector was also doing the same Anandi cooperated with the collector and gave the files.to the next collector.

Anandi should have given that file just after Shiv died. Any thing Shiv brought as in official capacity of DC should have been returned immediately after his death weather Anandi wanted to cooperate or not.
She thought of cooperating only when after 6 months new DC landed in KB already lased with his information against Anoop to let Daddu aware of actions they were planning against Anoop.

Was it not called as waiting for the right time?

My replies are in red. 😛

If her self-respect -- not self-interest -- a word used repeatedly with respect to Mangala, was important to Anandi, would she not have left BH after her husband abandoned her?
Why did she choose to stay back and do whatever she did for society from within the comfort of that home?

It is no use saying relationship with BH was important to her. My relationship with my brothers and sister is very very important to me. Yet I will not stay with them forever because it hurts my self-respect.

Why didn't Anandi stay on her own and maintain her relationship with BH? She didn't have to stay there to keep that relationship going. Even daughters leave home to pursue their independent careers.

She is doing exactly that now though she seems to be spending more time in BH than at SN.

Simple point is : she has always had a secure home to return to. Rescuing Phooli and Gulli did not cost her her stay in BH. Nobody threw her out. Nobody starved her or beat her up.

When Jagya brought Gowri, home, she walked out. But where to? Not to the wild bad world but to her parents' home. But even that didn't happen because DS managed to have a heart-attack.

Post that she had many opportunities to leave and set herself up on her own strength. She didn't do it.
Was it because she didn't have money, nor the assurance that she would get two square meals if she went out into the dark? Of my own I would never say this about Anandi, that is a real mean low thing to say. Yet the meal ticket argument has been repeated ad naseum for Mangala.

On doing things at the right time. Not exposing DB almost cost Anandi her life. When she climbed up the water tank, she didn't know DB was behind the dangerous act. But once DB was found out, shouldn;t she have immediately exposed her?

To this the counter would be but DB only harmed her and A doesn't care if anyone harms her.
Just think through this. Had she fallen off that day, Amol would have been left without a mother.
In other words, by not punishing DB, she ran the risk of endangering Amol not just herself. Amol both directly through harm done to him and indirectly through harm done to Anandi.

How could A just assume the old lady needs only love and respect but no punishment. Where was the sense in waiting?.

I have already said that had Anandi been able to go against her family like the way she is capable of going against the world her life would have been so much better. She screwed up her life out of her love respect for her parents Singhs and later on Daddu.

Jagya dumped her. But why should that be the reason for her to let go of her relationship with Singhs? She invested a lot emotions in that relationship with Senior Singhs. Should she leave all that just because Jagya dumped her?

What prevented Mangala from going against Akheraj and reporting him? is it concern for the family? She doesn't have any feelings for her husband's parents.so what prevented her ?Is it out of fear of not having anywhere to go?

Why it is so bad if she had that fear ?
Are not we aware of the facts that what can happen with a homeless, young beautiful widow?

If not, please read this.

If Anandi does not have courage to oppose her dear ones and if it did not make her any less good then why if Mangla does not have courage to leave her house and step into an unknown future why she should be ridiculed for that?

Both have their own set of weaknesses, still both of them are good human beings with compassionate hearts.

Coming to think of it, Anandi had a great opportunity to go out and become independent. Bhairon wanted her to go out to Jaipur and study medicine.

Granted, she was interested in social service not medicine. Even so she could have taken that offer and studied sociology and social service in Jaipur.

But she didn't want to leave BH. Or should I say she didn't have the courage to leave the comfort of BH and go out to study in Jaipur?

And unlike in the case of Mangala, Bhairon was willing to support her financially, pay her college and hostel fees.

I remember the forum was so excited at the prospect of A finally leaving BH to make her own career.

She didn't do it. She instead stayed back at BH as a dependent.

Why? With so much support, encouragement and financial and physical security, she didn't even go as far as Jaipur.

At that point there was no question of letting down the family. Bhairon supported her and even DS would have.

She didn't even do as the family wanted.

Exactly! It is said again and again that mangala is a coward for not taking head-on with akhiraj and for not running away from house.

To take head-on with akhiraj, one needs to be super skilled in sword fighting or in shooting like Kamli's father-in-law and Urmi's father. And why should she get killed when her aim is to see justice done to her husband.

Nimboli used the knife with kundan because he is like a rat. Is his father like him who could be shooed away with a kitchen knife? 😆
