I cannot understand where this whole "wooing" issue came from anyway. If people actually think that Ganga is trying to "woo" Jagya they are just reading too much into what's being shown. She has not even declared or recognized to herself that "Yes, I'm in love with Daactarsa!" She is still trying to make sense of her feelings for Jagya, and why she feels this way. All that she cares about is Jagya's and the Singhs' happiness and she is trying her best to keep them happy. She doesn't see herself as Haveli's beendni or even as a potential partner for Jagya. She knows better than to think that way. She just has immense gratitude for the family who took in a helpless woman with a child and made her realize her dreams and gave new will to live.
And as for building an identity and thinking of a career, this is a village woman we are talking about, who up till a couple of months ago was barely literate and all that she thought about was her son and his future. Even now her 1st priority is her son, even her will to become a nurse and be financially independent is just a way for her to provide for her son and dream of a better future for him. Again she is not thinking of herself.
Even I agree the CVs really rushed up Ganga's feelings for Jagya just to accommodate Sanchi's love track and turn it into a triangle. But as for the whole issue of having such feelings only after Ratan drama, she has only just fallen in love. No one looks at a particular time, place or circumstances to develop feelings for someone it just happens that's why the phrase is "fall in love" because it happens unexpectedly. Well at least like Sanchi she is not making a spectacle of herself and is only keeping her uncertain feelings to herself. And I don't think she would ever acknowledge those feelings to anyone as she thinks highly of Jagya and very well knows that she will never be good enough for him. As for the custody case, Ratan Singh is the type who would twist the issue even though Jagya and Ganga would only have fraternal feelings for each other.
Coming to the original question, even I believe there's absolutely nothing wrong for a woman to woo a man. Even Sanchi is fully justified in falling for Jagya and wooing him. But its just the way she's going about doing it and her whole attitude of the matter that's wrong.

@Shinya: You don't analyze and develop feelings. Secondly, Ganga ain't sitting idle and having rose-tinted romantic dreams, she's training hard to stand on her feet. I hope you agree.

Nothing is wrong with a woman wooing a man provided her status is single/divorced.
ganga herself told so many times that the sole purpose of her being alive is for mannu. Now if she gives into her feelings she might loose mannu to ratan singh.

Love dont give appointment and happen but when it happens . one should use brain along with heart. I dont care about society and law system wont work. You live in a society and your are bounded by the law.

b comes after and c comes after b. Everything has a order in life. If one goes adventurous on society they alone have to bear the burnt of it. Never garn warth of the people. The same people who save you from your monster husband will also swear you if you love someone and express it without getting closure of your first marriage mess.

But libs what you said can only work out when ganga was divorced and then the custody case is presented. Here ratan will be stuck in jagya's murder atempt case but he will justify saying his wife was being wooed by this doctor. Court needs proofs and as far as we see no one for ratans village helped ganga. Ganga has to face it and in such cases the custody will be awarded to grand parents who can afford the child expenses and ready to look after him.

TM a woman has every right to fall in love with a man first and confess it to him , win his heart so i have no issues with Ganga here and Ganga is doing nothing to woo Jagaya she truly loves him She cares for him and doing all for his happiness Nothing wrong for me

Coming to Ganga's feelings rushed Personally i think cvs have no where rushed in case of Ganga They are at modest speed Its 7th month of Sriti Jha's entry in the show and must be 4 to 5th of Jagaya Ganga have met in serial and i don;t' think its because of Sanchi also because Sanchi was tangled with Jagaya even before Sriti Jha's entry in show we knew it Sanchi Jagaya's angle will come

Ganga is settling in her life she is studying she is becoming a nurse her divorce is in process but if we want her do this only and apart from this no other thought should cross her mind we are asking an extremely unrealistic thing Our minds think in thousand ways and to love and marry is a desire of every human being be it from a village be it from a city

Coming to Rat's case if there will be any problem cvs will solve is this an issue to worry about or do we think Ganga is not going to get her baby😆so issue for what?

No surabhi , apart from the fact that she is his mother that court also considers stability, environment, mentality of both parents, their status, financial strength, grand parents, constant care for the child (where will ganga leave her kid when she goes to work? Court will incline for grand parents rather than relatives and strangers)and lot more. Her status do matter a lot.

The Supreme Court of India has consistently held that in deciding cases of child custody 'the first and paramount consideration is the welfare and interest of the child and not the rights of the parents under a statute' (8). To the lay person, this was akin to the highest Court in the country saying gender was not a consideration in deciding matters of child custody and guardianship.we make it clear that we do not subscribe to the general observations and comments made by the High Court in favour of mother as parent to be always preferable to the father to retain custody of the child' (11).
Guardians and Wards Act 1890 is such that earlier the mother can keep the child until they turn 12 and later challenged for custody.

this law got amended when it was challenged by a father who was denied visitation of his ward for 3 years and the child was tuned bitter by his mother. when a marriage fails either party, male or female uses the child to browbeat the opposite partner into submission. In the emotional battle of parents the child is often held hostage by whosoever has physical custody. So this law is now amended and based on several factors the custody will be given.

@TM...thanks for creating this post..

there is nothing wrong in ganga's falling in love with jaggya...and i don think it is too early...

all her life ganga has suffered...very few people in her life has talked politely with her...no one has loved her truly...such people got attracted towards kindness very easily!!...here jaggya saved ganga & he does care for her..so i think its very natural that ganga is attracted towards him!!..all we human being want care...we can't leave without love...here ganga has never seen love, care in her life..now when she is getting care, appreciation from jaggya...she is not able to control her emotions...what is wrong in it?...love does not follow any method..or plan!...logic does not work when someone is in love!...
