Yes he could have left Anandi kindly but then he is no SHIVRAJ SHEKHAR. Ultimately he is a gaonwala. He was not wrong in blaming Bhairav. But I do have a problem in changing his mind regarding Gauri. He should think thousand times before breaking relations with Gauri as it also effect her life too.He ran after her and promised her security. Aur kuch nahi toh yeh jagia ke character ke baare mein bahut kuch batate hai. Marriage is no joke even if many ppl consider it illigal.

What I did have issues with is the way he did it -- he first generated a story that she was not his equal by constantly berating her and picking at her 'negative' points to butress his argument that she was just a useless burden around his neck. Then he simply went with gauri, without even bothering to let anandi know that he no longer considers her as his wife. The way she finds out is that he enters into the haveli with another woman who is wearing a mangal sutra and sindoor.

I also have no issues with his leaving gauri and going back to anandi. We all have the right to change our mind. We make certain decisions when we have some information. Then when we get more information, we may make new decisions.

So he wants to leave gauri now ... then fine, okay.

But there is some sort of protocol as to how this relationship too has to be closed off. It cannot be just that easy that now he has decided that this relationship wont work, so he just boards a bus to Jayetsar after this, and that can be considered the end of the marriage even if it is just a 'so-called' marriage.

Sorry guys I beg to differ here. Every body gives a green signal to the J G marriage saying that it was an adult choice. Adult as in a mature choice. I don't see any maturity in either of them. One wanting an upgrade and the other wanting to sooth her childhood rejection. its more like a marriage with benefits. If each of them had that as their reason so be it but that at least in my moral standards lacks ethics. The reason for leaving A was coz she was less educated and he was ashamed of presenting her before his friends. Is this the reason a mature person gives? Sorry but that's what cowards do and this kind of thinking is not maturity but sheer immaturity.

The rain dance he did outside G house and she falling for it is maturity? really? Sorry guys not for me. It only looks like selfishness and teenage drama. It just shows how easily gullible and unreliable G and J are. If J was mature he would have tried to change A and work on his marriage which he was very happy with all along. I will still maintain that their marriage failed only due to a long distance relationship coupled with J spineless behaviour and getting star-eyed at every new and glittering thing.

Why should G give him a legal notice? When he did not care about his family and first wife what was she expecting a reliable faithful husband? They have not left any chance to rub their false legal certificate on the wounds of his first wife and family and now she has the right to cry foul? She will also be held accountable if the truth of her marriage certificate comes out and then she will be in a deeper hole. Sorry but she should have seen this coming sooner or later. This is the marture decision she took to marry this piece of adult maturity then bear the after effects too.

J is going all hopeful that he will be forgiven after wronging two women, really? is he mature even now? G kept manipulating him to dance to her tunes to win her challenge with Sumitra, is this maturity? Each of them need to be shown the mirror and realize that people are not going to dance to their tunes as and when they please. Let them learn the meaning of a simple relationship before considering marriage. for them relationships are like some bath tissue, use when needed and discard after using. Sorry guys but I have no sympathy for either of them and don't think they have the right to point a finger at each other either coz they are equally responsible for their present state. If they don't value relationships how do they expect their relations to value them?

I too want G to file a case against J taking her friends as witnesses to their relationship. Then J might seek people like Kunda tai, Shivani's, BP's and some villagers help (not that they'll be ready to help him) to tell the court that G knows everything from the start and she willingly entered this live-in relationship.

Then G will say "No we got married...we didn't live-in..look at my mangal sutra, my sindoor and my fake marriage certificate".

Then the judge says "wait wait..what is this fake marriage certificate? How did it come when J was already married ."

Then J,G together-- "We thought that the previous marriage was invalid".

Judge at last-- "u can't just think and assume things buddies...u have to find out facts before doing such things..."😆...

and so the judgement will be given taking ALL these into consideration. In all this the whole story will be out and J,G will become a laughing stock as by now even their mumbai friends too would know about their history!

This is exactly why I want gawari to file a case against jagat. People will see their faces behind the mask.

Even I want Gauri to send a legal notice against Jagya.

Gauri should definitely go and talk to a lawyer. I'm sure there are some grounds for a case based on the marriage certificate she has. Either way, Jagat should be punished... he needs to learn that one can't just run away from things. He has a responsibility to sort things out with her and close things off decently. I'm not expecting him to do this right now when his wounds are still fresh, but he does need to realise that they (he and Gauri) are both at fault, and decide whether he wants to be with her and stands by his adult choice. Marriage is not a joke, and he doesn't have the right to just walk out of marriages as and when it suits him. He should realise that abandoning Gauri the way he abandoned Anandi is not a solution. He needs to face his mistakes, repent, and work at making them better.If he decides to leave Gauri, they need to sort out the legalities of the matter and give closure to their relationship. If he decides to return to her and work at giving their relationship/marriage a new lease of life, they should have a looong talk so that everything's out in the open, forgive each other, and let go of the resentment they've both been harbouring against each other. They should also get relationship/marriage counselling to deal with their communication issues so that they can learn to be more open with each other about their wants/needs in future. Either of those would be an adult solution and a way for Jagat to prove that he can be a mature man as opposed to the kidult we've seen so far who runs away from problems and makes shifty eyes/starts shouting indignantly whenever anyone throws rightful accusations at him/touches a nerve.

If she goes to court based on the marriage certificate she has in her possession Jagya will be thrown in.Because he was legally married to A at that time.

GoldenDew: That is not an issue ... the legal notice can be sent through police emissary where the police track him down and hand deliver it to him in person if he doesnt have an address. They can detain him in police lock-up until the court date if gauri files a police case saying he is absconding.
