Anjana,
I will not reply to your post simply because I dislike the mocking and sarcastic tone.
While you may think it looks very clever, instead it is a reflection on your own ill-manneredness.
Henceforth, if you really do wonder about something I have written, and you genuinely want a reply, please phrase your question simply as a question without jeering commentary appended to it. In that way, you might actually benefit from my expertise and broaden your own horizons, rather than being stuck with the limited experience/exposure that you already possess and demonstrate.

Tinoo - please explain to me the how she can send legal notice on something that she knew was illegal?

P.S. I am not claiming any expertise in Indian law...never have... I am, however, still awaiting an answer which I never received but genuinely asked you about - difference btwn 2 words you used...please both answer to this question today and that one much appreciated. Am always willing to learn.😊

Too Late Anjana. I disliked the way you presented your question the first time around, and therefore will not reply to this question.
In the future, if you have other questions, please do not hesitate to ask. But ask properly in a decent and respectful tone.

Yes, i understand. 😊
Anyway, let us not dispute this.
We both agree that Jagat is a complete and total ass. 😔 (You because of the way he treated gauri, me because of the way he treated anandi). So lets shake hands and agree on that please.

At least 4-5 % child marriages happen here. 18 years boys are married. And unlike Anand Jagia they are living with their wives. Some around 20 have kids also and guess what most of them have girl friends also. Why ? Becoz they really dont understand what marriage is all about. Thats why I cant really blame jagia.

Exactly, it is posture of hurt defensiveness that I dislike. As if he is the injured party in every single situation.

Sorry guys I beg to differ here. Every body gives a green signal to the J G marriage saying that it was an adult choice. Adult as in a mature choice. I don't see any maturity in either of them. One wanting an upgrade and the other wanting to sooth her childhood rejection. its more like a marriage with benefits. If each of them had that as their reason so be it but that at least in my moral standards lacks ethics. The reason for leaving A was coz she was less educated and he was ashamed of presenting her before his friends. Is this the reason a mature person gives? Sorry but that's what cowards do and this kind of thinking is not maturity but sheer immaturity.

The rain dance he did outside G house and she falling for it is maturity? really? Sorry guys not for me. It only looks like selfishness and teenage drama. It just shows how easily gullible and unreliable G and J are. If J was mature he would have tried to change A and work on his marriage which he was very happy with all along. I will still maintain that their marriage failed only due to a long distance relationship coupled with J spineless behaviour and getting star-eyed at every new and glittering thing.

Why should G give him a legal notice? When he did not care about his family and first wife what was she expecting a reliable faithful husband? They have not left any chance to rub their false legal certificate on the wounds of his first wife and family and now she has the right to cry foul? She will also be held accountable if the truth of her marriage certificate comes out and then she will be in a deeper hole. Sorry but she should have seen this coming sooner or later. This is the marture decision she took to marry this piece of adult maturity then bear the after effects too.

J is going all hopeful that he will be forgiven after wronging two women, really? is he mature even now? G kept manipulating him to dance to her tunes to win her challenge with Sumitra, is this maturity? Each of them need to be shown the mirror and realize that people are not going to dance to their tunes as and when they please. Let them learn the meaning of a simple relationship before considering marriage. for them relationships are like some bath tissue, use when needed and discard after using. Sorry guys but I have no sympathy for either of them and don't think they have the right to point a finger at each other either coz they are equally responsible for their present state. If they don't value relationships how do they expect their relations to value them?

I will join the conversation tomorrow. I could not stop myself from writing right now. Gotta get some sleep.
