Episode starts with Anandi leaving for the temple and telling DS that she'll go to the school direct from there. DS looked worried as Anandi is very sad and broken after her mother's demise. She says, ''arrey tu kahe pareshan hove chhori, tujhe makhan chorh devega mandir. Kahe itni door paidal chal ke jane ki jarurat hai''. Anandi replies, ''nai dadi saa makhan kaka ko aur bhi bht saare kaam hain, fir bht dino se morning walk pe bhi naa gai toh isi bahane vo bhi ho jaegi''. DS gives up and say,'' theek hai chhori jaise thari marji par samay pe vapas aa jaiyyo haan, kaise bhuji bhuji se ho rahi hai, thoda apna dhyaan bhi rakh liya kar''. Anandi nods and leaves. She is walking and having fb's of past days, her mother telling her not to back off from marriage, shiv saying that you look so bright when you smile, her father mourning, shiv stepping up as the fourth person and asking her father whether he could give shoulder, her mother patting her face and saying ''khush rahiyyo''. She remembers everything and her eyes fill up with tears. She think how fastly and easily Shiv has made place in everybody's heart, including his mother and father, who never knew him. How easily he stepped forward as the fourth person and took such a huge responsbility. Thinking all these things she arrives at the temple and starts climbing the stairs.
Outside we see a big white car stopping in front of the temple . A white uniform clad driver steps out and opens the door for the person sitting at the back. The person is no other than the mother of Shiv, wearing a beautifull cotton saree and stepping out of the car elegantly. She shifts her shades on her head and looks at the temple and nearby. She thinks,''Today im going to meet my son, this is an auspicious day, i should thank god for giving me such a sensible and hard working son. And also i'll pray to god to give me a beautifull and caring wife for her''. Then, she says to driver,'' yahin wait karna mai abhi aati hun''.
Inside, Anandi is praying to God and saying,'' Mujhe poora bharosa hai aap pe. Aapne jo bhi kiya bina kisi shikayat ke aaj tak mana aur aagey bhi maanungi bas mere gharwale khush rahein. Mai unki khushi ke liye kuch bhi karungi, collector saab se shaadi bhi kar lungi bas aap mera saath kabh mat chorna aur mere baapu saa ko himmat dena''. Then she have fb's of her giving light to her mother's pyre and then she remembers her mother's last words to marry Shiv and always take care of him and his family. At the thought she starts sobbing and couldn't take anymore, so she took a u turn to walk out and suddenly bumps with a woman ( Shiv's mum ). Anandi is embarassed and she quickly starts picking up the things from the floor and puts them back in her thaali. Anandi wipe her tears swiftly and asks the woman,'' Maaf keejiyega aapko chot to nai aayi...aap theek to hai naa ?''. The woman is smitten by Anandi's innocent and beautifull face and says,'' Arrey nahi beta mai hi thodi jaldi me thi''. She is eyeing Anandi appreciatively, who is looking at her nervously. '' Ye lejiye aapki pooja thaal'', says Anandi and continues,'' Ek baar fir aapse maafi chahti hun mujhe dhyaan dena chahiye tha''. The woman says,'' Arrey nai beta tumhari koi galti nai thi''. Anandi starts,'' accha to mai chal...'' when someone interrupts in between,'' ghadi khamma sarpanch bitiya''. Anandi and the woman both looks behind and there is jyoti and his parents standing folding hands. On the other hand Shiv's mother is surprised to see that this beautifull young girl is a sarpanch. Jyoti's parents comes forward and asks,'' kaisi ho sarpanch bitiya'' and jyoti rushes to Anandi. Anandi replies,'' khamma gadin kaka sa mai theek hun aap sab kaise hain, sab theek to hai naa ?''.
Jyoti's father : ''Bitiya tumhare rehte hum logon ko kya ho sakta hai bhala. Aaj hum jyoti ko school chorne jaa rahe the, ab se roj iskool jaya karegi. Socha bhagwan ka aasis lete chalein, aur dekhon yahan humari sarpanch bitiya bhi hai.''
Anandi's face lit up and she is very happy. Jyoti's father continues,'' bitiya us din ke liye hum bht sharminda hain, us din jyoti ki shaadi kar ke jo paap hum krne jaa rahe the tumne hume usse bacha liya. Aur humne tumhare saath hi galat kiya. Agar colle...''. Anandi stops him and says,'' aap to mere bade hain, aapko mujhse maafi maangne ko koi zarurat nahi hai. Galtiyan to bhagwan se bhi hui hain aur hum to insaan hain. Bas aap itna dhyaan rakhiyega ki padhai par jitna hak ladkon ka hai utna hi ladkiyon ka bhi hai aur humari jyoti to padhne me bht chokhi hai, aap dekhna ye bht naam kamaegi''.
Shiv's mum is listening to all the conversation and is pleased to see the girl behaving so respectfully yet maturely. She thinks,'' kitni sanskaari ladki hai. Itni choti se umar me sarpanch hai, padhi likhi to hogi aur dekhne me to kisi bade ghar ki hi lagti hai''.
Then jyoti's mother says nervously,'' beta bht dukh hua tumhari maa ke bare me sun ke, par honi ko kon taal saka hai aaj tak. Tu honsla mat khona sabhi jaitsar ke log tere saath hain''. Anandi looks sad again and she speaks solemnly,'' jee kaki saa''. '' acha bitiya hum chalte hain, nahi to deri ho jaegi''. '' ji kaka'', says Anandi and realises that the woman is still standing there only. She is nervous and her eyes are teary. Suddenly the driver comes from behind, '' madam ji, sir ka phone tha pooch rahe the ki aap phone kyu ni utha rahin hain, maine keh diya ki aap mandir me hain. Sir ne kaha hai phncke phone kar dein''. ''theek hai tum chalo mai aati hun'', shiv's mother speaks. Anandi : '' maaf kejiyega, meri vajah se aapko der ho gayi'' , Shiv's mother, '' arrey nahi beta aise koi baat nahi hai'', she smiles fondly at Anandi. Anandi half sad half nervous speaks, '' theek hai to mai chalti hun.. Namaste''. '' khush raho beta'', Shiv's mother says and saw Anandi walikng out.
