Why cant it happen?

I highly doubt that will happen and I don't think anyone will let that happen. Plus Anandi is really sharp so she will get away and if not then she will surely scream and cry which will wake everyone up.

Yeah tauji is all set to get married to a unmarried girls and not a widow or divorcee.

As per the Indian constitution, a sexual relationship with any person below the age of 18, irrespective of their gender, is rape, even if they have given their consent. If Anandi and Jagdish were to consummate their marriage or her sister-in-law and her husband were to consummate their's, it would legally be termed rape.
