What do I want?
I want the CVS to stop treating their viewers like idiots.
I want them to stop dishing out rubbish to us, as if we were just passive morons who can't think for ourselves.
I want them to stop taking us for a ride.
And I want them to admit that they reneged on their initial promise to show us a completely unique and innovative show, and not cover up their stupidity with lame and dumb-ass excuses.
You think if you keep saying 'we're doing something different' regardless of what you show, that we'll believe it? Who are you trying to kid? Yourselves or us?
Half-wits!

But what she can do is the following. She can go to the lawyer herself and explain that he needs to draw up a new will that says everything is back in Bharti's name (or her child) and that he must get Bharti to sign it at any cost, otherwise she is in danger of losing everything and becoming penniless. Or she needs to hint to Murli (not Bharti) that he ought to perhaps do this, without actually telling him why. That way she will have kept her kasam to her mother, but still have done something to rectify the situation. The other option is for Murli himself to realise that the will has dissappeared. But instead of confronting Gau and Chimpti, who will deny it anyway and do their usual nautanki, he should go the lawyer and have him draw up a new will and have Bharti sign it. A current will, will invalidate the one in Chimpti's possession.
Gau and Chimpti will at some point either try to kick everyone out or lord over them under the impression that everything belongs to Gau. And at that point the new will should be introduced and all their bravado blown to smithereens!
I think BharLi should put everything in their childs name, and perhaps put something in a trust fund for Mridangs child too (yes from henceforth he is only Mridangs child. Gau should not be allowed the privelige of being called anyone's parent!). From now on all matters relating to the children, their future and all related issues should be addressed to Mridang. That way Gau can be kept at arms length as far as possible.
BharLi should tell Mridang that his childs future is as much a concern for them as their own. And to that end they have set up a trust fund which is only accessible when the child turns 18. Perhaps at around this time, Murli can also suggest that he will help Mridang set up his own business. He won't invest in it or anything, but he will help him set it up, so that it will be entirely Mridangs. That will eliminate any future problems about who get's what, and ensure Gau doesn't scheme to deprive Murli of his share. Which she will do if he invests or anything

It's a will, so it's only valid if Bharti dies. If she survives, it's worthless!!! At any rate, once this is over, Murli should order her to revoke that will by trumping it w/ a new one. Not only that, take Jhumka in once she's married, kick Chimpti out, and tell Gau that the old deal of her getting any share of the jaidad is off. Work out w/ Mridang something whereby his kid is well taken care off. (Ideally, I'd like it if Gau experiences some unforseen complications @ the last moment and dies, leaving only her baby: it will be solely Mridang's ownership, and Chimpti will have no say.
But I think that once Bharti doesn't die, they'll forget all about it, just as they forgot about not only Murli's business, but also Bharti sweets, except when Chimpti got that idea of maintaining the house by selling pethas.
I'm honestly not getting the purpose of a leap. The birth of the 2 babies looks like a good opportunity to end the show on a happy note. Instead, after 8 years, they'll show Bharti agonizing over whether he'll be a midget. I've already commented on how stupid it is, so won't repeat myself here. But if the kid turns out to not be a midget, then what else will the CVs be saying other than Bharti was abnormal? And if after Bharti agonizing, the kid does turn out to be a midget, what will they do? Make him superman in order to prove Bharti wrong? Or use him, instead of her, as a vehicle to demonstrate what midgets can achieve? If they do the latter, essentially they'll be saying that if you are a midget man, you can reach the skies, but if you are a midget woman, there is nothing you can do other than find a sasural where you can trot about barefoot and pregnant, and enjoy the sublime experience of people walking over you. 😕

I think I may be wrong. Was it a will or just the title deeds to the house? If it's the latter does the same rule still apply?
And while what you say about the will being invalid while Bharti is alive might be true, CVS quite often dispense with laws to suits their needs.
Gau dead? Yes why not. I have no love for a woman who was willing to stand by and watch her devrani burn to death. That child has a better chance of turning out a decent human being with good morals. I can't see Gau teaching her child anything other than how to think badly of those different from you, to use people, to lie, cheat and scheme!
And I have always said that while Gau is just inherently greedy and evil, Mridang isn't. His greed was merely fueled by his insecurities especially regarding the place Murli holds in KamAnsi's heart. Which is kind of understandable. Gau tapped into this and fueled it further. Mridang may have his faults, but even he has his redeeming features, and would I think, be the better parent of the two.
Frankly with Gau in her life, that kid won't need any other enemies!

I want to see the following tonight.

It's night time in the Lal mansion. Bharti is sitting on the bed leaning against Murli who has his arms around her and the baby that is cradled in Bharti's arms. Bharti is looking at the baby. Just looking. Murli is looking at Bharti and noting how motherhood becomes her.

He takes her hand and holds it up to his lips and kisses it softly. Bharti looks up at him and takes her hand and places her palm against his cheek. Murli feels reassured by the warmth of her touch. Bharti smiles and asks gently 'khush'? Murli replies equally gently 'bahut'. He looks at his sleeping child and ishare-se asks Bharti if he should take him to his cot. She nods, kisses the baby on the forehead and hands him to Murli. Murli walks to the cot and gently lowers the baby in. He kneels and stares at his son in awe and wonderment for a few moments before giving him a kiss and returning to bed.

Bharti is still sitting there watching the baby sleeping. Murli embraces her from behind and together they spend a few precious moments just watching their sleeping child. Murli steals his eyes away from his son and focuses them on his mother. He tucks a stray hair behind Bharti's ear and kisses the side of her head. Then just behind her ear, before placing a soft, gentle kiss on her neck.

"For one moment when I thought I had lost you, my whole world turned dark. And when I realised I still had you, it was like being given life again. I never want to go there again Bharti. I never want to be at that point ever again. Promise me that we will never have to deal with anything like that ever again"

Bharti kisses his arms that are still wrapped around her shoulders and says " I promise". Murli inhales deeply and tightens his hold on her. He turns her around and lays her on the bed. He brushes the hair away from her face, cups it's side and gently strokes her cheeks with his thumb.

"I don't know how to thank you. I don't have the words with which to show my gratitude for the ultimate risk you took to bring our child into the world. I love you so much. So very much. And for the moment all I have to offer you in return for this sacrifice and this gift, is my undying love for all seven lifetimes"

He leans forward and ever so softly and gently, but with warmth and passion from every part of his being, he kisses her on the lips. He so wants to be with her, and yet is terrified of being so. He wraps his arms around her and pulls her into him. Bharti snuggles in close and rests her head against his chest. And together they enjoy just being in each others arms for that moment
