it's a gif with writing on it. the gif has a black and white effect. then the font has been added on top.

i want to know about effect.. when i apply effcet it applied on one frame only...

you can try selecting all layers when applying the effect

or I also believe that if you apply the effect and put that effect layer on top of all the other layers, then it gets applied to all the layers as well.

try them out and see if either of these work.

thanks for this. I tried before and selected all layer but it doesn't work.. I'll try again.

it does work if I select single layer and then so on...
