I agree with all that Sree, coolie_no._1 and Kruti have said.. šŸ‘

Ajai Sinha did the same thing with Manas (divorcee) and Ria (unwed mom who had had an affair with a married man who had cheated her when she was 19 or so) - both of them getting intimate within a couple of months..So out of character with Manas until then..In fact he was so conservative that when he heard Ria was an unwed mom, he was shattered and did not talk to her for a day and went and sat in a beach depressed. It was Simran who convinced him not to behave that way and go and talk to Ria and be pleasant and normal and why he should be so upset, etc..(of course she did not know that Manas had got attracted towards Ria by then). And then he changes colours within a few days?? But with Simran-Abhi and Sia-Sid, he showed no such scenes. I agree some people are more vulnerable but by picking Manas and Saakshi, it appears like he is labeling divorcees..

Agree with all that has been said so far as well šŸ˜‰

I would like to add something into the pot as well tho'...saakshi has been away from her husband for only a couple of months - if that...and already she is being lustful...and that with yash of all people!!!! he's hardly mr.universe is he....still! each to their own! But in stark contrast, simran was away from abhi and without ANY physical relations (it seems!) for 18 years!!! And she had no shortage of suitors neither! Yet the makers did not tackle how simran would handle that but they show saakshi being a little "cheap" - i hope it's ok to use that word...even if it isn't, it certainly is a bit unrealistic...ummm, no it's not...it's VERY unrealistic!
Just IMHO folks...

oops - forgot to add...altho it's very unrealistic, it is post-leap astitva!!!

---and sinha is still thinking - he will end serial in a good way, I dont think so, for me- there is nothing more disgusting than watching yash and sakshi in a physical relationship, is yash sunny deol or something, that it was a must for sakshi ???? 😔 even though he was a good looking hero kinda guy (which he is not anyway) sakshi could wait until serial ended, and do whatever she wanted after THE END.

I didnt know about manas in too much detail but i am grateful to xyzzee in bringing it up...its seems to be true that sinha is trying to label divorcees in a bad way. Simran was divorced also and yet she did not have any relations like II said...how ridiculous is that! I mean its not unheard of that people dont have relations with somebody else after a divorce, but showing everyone except Simran being "chalu" is just annoying. Saakshi came in with a sensible head...and i can understand why she would get attached emotionally to Yash - he works with her, he lives in the same house, he is very caring towards her...but there really was no point in bringing their relationship to a forefront because if a person has been through a divorce there are usually two courses of action that they take immediately (within 2-3 months) of their divorce:
Either there is a rebound relationship with someone who is exactly opposite to their original spouse, or there is a complete intolerance for the opposite sex. Saakshi seemed to be a little intolerant in the beginning with respect to yash and this 180 degree turn towards him is completely bizarre. If it is a rebound relationship, given Saakshi's seemingly conservative background and nature, she is not the type of person who would indulge in a physical relationship so soon without completely knowing where the actual relationship was going...

Stupid Sinha 😔 is propogating the misnomers in the society that divorcees are always desperate and available...Its high time that people handled this subject more delicately - considering that the divorce rate among indians has gone up from 10% to 25% in the past decade!!!

Very well said KrutišŸ‘. I completely agree with you on this.. So completely out of character with Saakshi as it was with Manas..!

BTW, after Simran got divorced, she did meet her first love Abhimanyu Joshi..He had been a doctor in the army and presumed dead for 10 years, which is why Simran had not married until she fell in love with Abhi!! Abhimanu Joshi (Manu) had actualy been a POW and had just been released. Simran accidentally found him - as he had lost his memory and was being treated by Pranay..Anyways, he gets cured and Simran brings him home and helps him out..She finds that she no longer loves him the way she used to and that her feelings for Abhi were still alive (though she had divorced him). But after being convinced by her dad who was a big fan of Dr. Joshi's she gets engaged to him as she still cared for him a lot - only to find out that he had married a Pakistani lady around 8-9 years ago (He had done that out of compulsion and circumstances that forced him to - to save his own life). What bugged Simran was that he never told her about this earlier so she breaks her engagement with him.. After that, she meets Abhi again after a couple of years and all of them want her to get married to him as he had changed and 'matured'. Abhi then does not show up at the wedding altar becuase he reads Neha's diary where he realizes that Neha had been highly insecure about Simran..So, basically this was her love story..

No problem.. I guess after so many love life failures, she was also hesitant to get into a relationship again.. Also, she continued to love Abhi even though she were divorced..
