Ariya FF: Pyar ki Daastan Note page16

Friends,

I have been reader in IF for some years. After reading inspiring ariya stories in this forum I want to try and write one, however, this is my first try & I hope I can complete this story. At this stage I don't know if it will be SS or FF.

ALL THE NAMES PLACES ARE FICTITIOUS (if any resemblance to persons & places is purely coincidental).

Location of ETF : Mumbai India

CHARACTER SKETCH

ACP Arjun Suryakant Rawte:

Aged about 32 years. The second in command in ETF. The cop who works with his brain. Wife Roshni was declared dead when the plane she was travelling hijacked by terrorists and blown up.

Riya Mukherjee

Aged about 27years.The ETF research specialist and enigma to the team. Never lets anyone come close to her heart and has no friends apart from her childhood friend Shree. For Riya Shree is her reason to go home every day. She feels he is her friend and brother rolled into one.

If Arjun is fire then Riya is ice. She is called Ice princess by the Mumbai police team

Sameer Damsingh Rathore

Aged about 33 years.The ETF chief. He treats his team like a family.

Shreekant Sen:

Aged about 27 years.The ETF technical expert also best friend of Riya. He is in a complicated relationship with Liza. He feels a connection and attraction to Liza but cannot think for commitment since she is not comfortable with his relationship riya. But for Shree Riya is a part of his soul. They met when they were barely 5 years old. Part sibling part parent part best friend to each other

Liza Demello

Aged about 26 years. The Forensic lab expert of ETF.Loves Shree since college but uncomfortable with shree relationship with Riya. She knows there is no romantic feelings between the two, yet yearns for that connect with Shree that Riya has

Chandrakant, Rishab and Samar Patil

Aged about 29 years.The commando triplets. The triplets are non identical, But what is binds them is the loyalty and love they have for each other and the country. They are ex army. They were a part of short service commission.

Ayesha Kapoor and Saakshi Kapoor

Aged about 25 years. In the Twins Ayesha is an encounter specialist and Saakshi is the ETF admin. Saakshi acts as media liaison and record keeper of cases.

Prologue: When Everything Changed

Aarav Singh the new police chief of Mumbai decides to create a elite force to handle emergency situations in Mumbai and calls it ETF

From the pool available he first picks the chief Sameer and then Arjun. He checks with Sameer if has some preference for someone forensic lab and IT to join his team and hence Shree and Liza get selected. Aarav gets the Kapoor sisters transferred from delhi. He comes to know from his army chief brother about the commander trio who have finished their short service commission in army, they had to resign since their uncover mission cover was blown.

The team is then assigned to work in new building and they take charge

Riya has not yet joined the team

Sameer realizes that they need a liaison from the intelligence. A research officer someone who can interpret the data from relevant sources, someone has the experience in tracking the terrorist activity online and also be a part of field missions when required. Aarav wants Riya his protege . Sameer has worked with Riya in the past and has found that she a little wild and her tactics are barbaric. He says he does not want both Fire and Ice in his team. Riya has been called Ice princess due to her inability to work in teams and be social and Arjun fire due to his anger and attitude. Aarav explains to Sameer they it is their best bet since she has the ability to think on her feet and take quick decisions

Rathore gets a call that there is a hostage situation in the ABC Bank Bandra.
