Part 6 (Continued):

At Commissioner's Office:

Arjun: What Plan?

Neev: See I cannot talk anything here. Anyone can hear us which could be dangerous. So we can go my place which is just 10 min from here and discuss.

Sameer and Arjun: Ok let's go.

They got into SUV and started driving.

Neev (To Sameer): Can we by some means get the information of minister's family.

Sameer: Yes. But what good will it do?

Neev: Please get me those information as soon as possible.

Arjun calls Shree and ask him to find the family details of minister.

Meanwhile they reach Neev's mansion. They enter when an elderly women comes running towards him and asks about Saakshi. He assures her everything will be fine. He takes them to guest room and locks the door once they are in.

Arjun (Losing Patience): Are u planning to tell us what your plan is or not?

Neev (Calmly): Have we got information regarding his family?

Sameer: Yes. His family comprises of his wife, one son (Rahul) who is currently abroad and one daughter (Ritu) who is studying in Mumbai arts college. But what has it got to do with the case.

Neev: Every one in this world has one weakness or other. Some times we must utilize this weakness as our strength to get our work done. This is what business teaches you.

Arjun: Do u mean to say we have to kidnap her to get our work done?

Neev: Yes I think that's the only way he would agree to the demand. Agar kisi gair ki jaan khatre mein ho tho tume koi farak nahi padta. Jab baat kud ki ya humse jude huye logon ki hai tho hum kuch bhi karane kay liye thayaar ho jaate. We become ready to break all the barriers to save their life.

Sameer (Angrily): Are you out of your mind? I think I have been really wasting my time with you coming here and made a grave error trusting you. There is no way I am doing something of this sort.

Meanwhile Arjun is just thinking about Saakshi. He remembers all their previous encounters, their arguments, stealthy glances, silent support. She had more than in one way become a indispensable part of his existence. He would break beyond repair if at all it was possible and lose his sanity if something happens to her. He could not stand the loss of someone very close to him again. He decided he would do anything and go to any extreme to bring her back to safety.

Arjun: I think he is right. We have no more options left with us.

Sameer: Woh tho na samaj hai. Tume kya hua hai Rawte? Tum tho samajdaar ho? You know what will be at stake if someone comes to know about it.

Arjun: I don't care about anything right now apart from the fact that I have to save her. I can't stand the guilt of doing nothing if something happens to her. If this is only way out I will do it. I will take the responsibility if someone comes to know about the plan. What will happen at the most they will fire me out of service right? I don't care about it. I won't allow anyone to harm her.

Neev: Look I am not asking you to kidnap her. We can talk her through this and make her understand the situation and seek her help. We will keep her at my place safely till our work is completed and then I will leave her to her place safely.

Sameer(To himself): I can't really understand why are becoming so emotional.(To Neev) I don't think this will work. But we have no other option right now as time is running so we will give this a try.

(To Arjun) Come let's go and speak to her.

Arjun: I don't think we should go. Better call Aisha and ask her to speak to that girl regarding this and make her understand. I think it would be easy for her to trust Aisha than us.

Sameer calls Aisha and briefs her about the course of action. Aisha is first shocked about it then agrees to do it. Meanwhile Neev speaks with his bankers to arrange for the ransom amount demanded and also speaks with the security officers of the mansion to tighten the security without letting them know the real reason. Aisha goes to meet Ritu in her college and speaks with her. She instantly agrees as it would help her save a life. Aisha brings Ritu to Neev's place.

As soon as Ritu reaches Neev's place, Sameer calls and informs the commissioner that they received the call from the kidnapper that he had also kidnapped minister's daughter so that they would decide on the course of action faster. Commissioner let's the minister know about the kidnapping of his daughter who instantly agrees to all the demands and instructs the commissioner to do whatever it takes to save his daughter.

Part 7:

The criminals were released and sent to the place specified by the kidnapper with the ransom amount arranged by Neev but were kept in tab so that they could be arrested once they save Saakshi. Arjun, Sameer and Neev reached Mutt road. Shree let them know the fact that the culprit is able to track the movements that is taking place within 50 meters of the area, so he must be somewhere is in the vicinity. That's when an idea struck Arjun, he called for the bomb diffusing squad and asked Shree to intercept the network through which the culprit was observing them and keep replying the video so that they could diffuse the bomb.

Meanwhile one of Chotu's informers informed that they had heard some movements in old unused factory area from today morning. Hearing this Sameer, Chotu and Aisha left there immediately asking Arjun to take care of proceedings here. As soon as Shree signalled that he had completed the task, Arjun asked the bomb diffusing squad to start the work.

Saakshi: Arjun Please go away from here. Anything can happen I don't want to you risk your life.

Arjun: Do you at all stop all these crap? Don't teach me how to do my work.

Saakshi: Please Arjun. You are taking undue risk.

Arjun: Stop it. I am no way going anywhere from here. (Emotionally) I will not let anything harm you. You will be safe. I can't stand if anything happens to you.

As soon as he said this he looked up to her and she looked up and their eyes met each other. They had a small intense eye lock. All the words ceased to exist at the moment as their eyes conveyed all the emotions and the feelings to each other. His hands on his own accord went to her shoulder and held her protectively to extend his support to her. She was unusually calm whereas he was tensed at that instant.

It was really complicated and took a lot of efforts to diffuse it. Arjun finally released the breath he was holding unintentionally for a long time; once the bomb was diffused successfully .Saakshi was saved at last. For her it was one more of those instances where death thwarted her once again. But she could derive solace from the fact that she had not lost anybody dear to her this time around. She was in her own world, when she felt him helping her to get up and stand on her feet. He supported her and made her stand up, and then the unexpected happened. They were in each others arms holding each other more tightly with each passing nanosecond. Nothing mattered to them at the second for them other than each other. Both had their eyes closed and were relishing each and every second of it. She was more contented and happy because it was the first time he had taken a step towards her though unknowingly. For him it was a sought of reassurance that she was finally safe and fine with him. In the meantime, Shree, Liza and Neev reached Saakshi. They were at the least shocked to see the sight in front of them. But none had the heart to disturb them.

Of the lot, Neev was rather confused than shocked. As for as he knew his sister, she would never let anyone near her as she had not entirely come out of her past. But the sight in front of him conveyed something else. He could sense that his sister though unwillingly had let this man into her life. He could sense more than mere care and concern from Arjun's side as well. He also sensed that both were unaware of the brewing feelings for each other. Something needs to be done to realize their feelings for each which he thought might not be easier considering the fact that both shared a equally haunted past. He secretly vowed to himself that he would anything to bring these two into each others life. His sister has always been there for him and supported him through the odds and now it was his turn to make his presence counted. Arjun and Saakshi remained in each others arms forgetting the whole world around them until a loud thud brought them back to reality. Though unwillingly they parted from each other

She looked into his eyes trying to read his mind state. She could never see him guilty for this unexpected thing that transpired between them a few minutes ago. But she saw real care and concern for her not guilt which sought of soothed her.

Part 7(Continued):

Arjun: Shree, Rathod kahan hai?

Shree: Sir, they have gone behind the criminal to the old warehouse.

As soon as Shree gave him details he went to the old warehouse where the culprit was. As he was about to enter the place, he saw the culprit was trying to escape. He caught him at the right moment and was about to hand him over to the local police, when the day's event ran through his mind and it reminded him of her state. Before he understood what happened, he started beating the hell out of him as if get all his frustration, fear and anger on him for having put through the hell. Sameer and Chotu tried to control him but in vain. He was not ready to hear to anyone at the moment. It was when she held his hand firmly, he came back to reality.

Saakshi: Arjun what are you doing? He will die if you are going to beat him at this rate.

Arjun: I don't bother. How dare does he play with your life? Immediately correcting I mean life of an ETF member. I will make him learn a lesson not to mess up with ETF.

Saakshi: You have no right to punish him. He will surely pay for his deeds. Law will give him the required punishment. We are the beholders of law and have no right to break it whatever be the situation.

Arjun though reluctantly agrees to her. He pushed him and Chotu caught him and took away along with the local police. Sameer and Aisha left as they had some pending work regarding the case.

This left Saakshi with Arjun and Arjun would take Saakshi to Neev's place where the entire team would join them after an hour.

Little while earlier

Neev hugged her and was happy that she was fine.

Shree: I was really scared to see you in that state. At last you are safe. You know we wanted to give you a surprise for your birthday but were left shocked by proceedings of the day.

Liza: For the first time in life, you have said something which is sensible and right.

Shree: Oh.. Look who is saying? One who doesn't know what is meant by sensibility.

Liza: Shut Up. I am not in a mood to argue with you.

Shree: As if I am willing to.

Saakshi(Bit Angrily): Stop it Guys. Don't fight now. Aisha is also not here to control you guys (Consoling) don't worry Shree. I am fine. (Saying this she looked around trying to find him)

Shree (Mocking): Saakshi I am standing right in front of you. Who are you searching for? Anyways SYS to Dammit ko help karne ke liye gaye hain.

Saakshi: What? I need to go there. Tell me the place.

Shree: Calm down. They will be fine.

Saakshi: Please Shree. Take me there.

Neev was a silent observer of all the happenings. He was trying to think of ideas to bring Arjun and Saakshi together. A sudden idea clicked in his mind, he would invite everyone to his residence under the pretext of his sister's birthday and make these two people spend more time with each other.

Neev: Di. I have some important work. So I am leaving. Arjun said he will drop you home. Shree I am sorry that I was very rude to you in the morning. It was just that I was really worried.

Shree: It's ok. I understand.

Neev: Ok then guys I am leaving bye. Take Care

Shree: Saakshi come let's go as well

Back to present

Arjun and Saakshi were walking side by side. Both were engrossed in their own thoughts when Saakshi stumbled and was about to fall. Arjun caught her at right moment.

Arjun: Hey Saakshi. Be careful. (Saying that he released her).

Saakshi: Thanks for everything.

Arjun: You need not thank me. I was only doing my duty.

They both walked towards the SUV and got into it. Arjun was driving and Saakshi was sitting in the front passenger's seat. They both wanted to talk question each other about several things and answer each others queries but chose to remain silent expect for the occasional glances. Arjun wanted her to share her past with him which he believed was more painful than his may be. He was having this thought for a while now but today it was strengthened.

A normal person would have got scared by what happened today. But she was totally unfazed by it. She was consoling everyone around her than being consoled. He could do nothing but admire her inner strength. As far as Saakshi was concerned, she had long before read his inquisitiveness about her past but she couldn't share it with anyone at this point in time. If at all a time comes when she feels like sharing her pain and turmoil with anyone, it would definitely be him. As sure as she was to share it with him, she also had an unknown fear whether she would be able to control herself that day because he would easily read her love for him in her eyes that time, which she had kept under wraps till date. Will he distance himself from her then? If he does that it would shatter her completely and break her beyond repair.
