The episode begins with Shah family returning home after sending off Anupama , they feel happy that her flight must have taken off by now . Baa wonders how they will manage without Anupama, Kinjal assures they will manage , they had to . Vanraj too shares his happiness at the thoughts of Anupama flying away.
Dimple informs about Barkha’s message that CA was agitated and fell down as she ran screaming for Mummy .Shah family is shocked .

At KM Anuj misses aanupama an sees her everywhere , he wishes Anupama did not have to choose between them n her dreams. Anuj feels lifeless without Anupama. He hopes Anupama will surely return to him, he could not live without her . He wonders how he will teach CA to survive . He is happy that Anupama left , he did not want any more sacrifices from her , she shouts fulfil her dreams .Anuj weeps for Anupama.

Anupama calms n consoles him, wipes his tears . She lays his head on her lap n pats him to sleep .

At SH Baa prays for the well being of Anupama and the entire family , she also wishes Babuji . Right then Babuji reaches home and regrets not being able to reach to see off Anupama .
All youngsters come n pay their respects to Babuji. He greets n blesses all of them.
Anupama’s parcel of sugar free cream rolls arrive at SH , it was already paid for , Babuji misses Anipama praises her . . He advises everyone tk take care of themselves and also assist Anuj and CA.

At KM, Anuj misses Anupama , he hopes he could survive without Anupama. Ankush asks Anuj tk come down . Anuj is surprised to see ababuji, Vanraj, Kinjal, Pakhi n Kavya standing there . Anuj and Babuji hug n share their pain of surviving without Anuoama.
CA comes and looks for Mummy . All feel sorry for the kid . CA is inconsolable , Kavya manages to calm down CA, she feeds CA by distracting ehr with stories . Barkha is impressed how Kavya , as she manages to make CA happy n feed her . Vanraj asks Anujnif they can take CA to SH. CA will have company of Pari and Meenu , also Kavya can be that motherly figure that CA was missing . CA did not need hospital or doctors, she needed love and motherly affections n care . Babuji and Vanraj try to persuade Anuj.


Kavya invites CA to SH, CA happily asks papa for permission, he reluctant,y gives her . CA is excited about playing with Pari at SH. Anuj asks. Angraj tk take good care of CA. Van assures .
