The problem is not with them not dropping or picking up CA from school. Most parents don't have the luxury or privilege of being able to do all this for their kids because they need to work to support the family. Of course in this case they have a choice, but it's good that Anupama and Anuj are spending time focusing on themselves/their work etc.

The problem is that they don't show Anupama doing anything for CA. She used to work like a maid in Shah House and even during Kinjal's pregnancy etc., and every time she runs back to that house they show her ready to go to the kitchen and make tea for everyone. She did so much for her own kids earlier. Of course, she shouldn't go back to that pattern but they can show her spending a substantial amount of time with CA, they're instead showing that small girl being so mature and doing everything on her own. It's ridiculous. She's adopted and was even made to feel unwanted by Baa etc., and they don't show any of her feelings, her insecurities, the efforts Anupama and Anuj put into making her feel happy and loved etc. Instead they show her acting like a grown up who is too responsible at that age, it's annoying and reflects on Anupama and Anuj as terrible parents. It's so unrealistic how this little child behaves, there's a difference between being an obedient and responsible child and behaving like you're an adult.

After Baa made her feel so terrible, they never even showed Anupama talking to her and making her feel better about it. She only said "Baa Baa" like a sheep and that's it, no defense of her daughter, nor did she speak to her daughter about it later. Her grown up kids couldn't make their own milkshake or tea, but CA makes everything on her own or is left for others to take care of. Would be nice if they showed her parenting skills with regarding to CA and the concern she has for her, than just her being around them and doing everything on her own. Just by one day showing her teaching something to CA for 5 minutes is nothing. She's a small child, they should be spending so much more time with her WHEN they have the luxury and privilege to. Perhaps cut down all the visits to Shah House, and she'll have enough and more time, considering she's able to manage all tasks and visit that house.

All other characters are just there as show peices. They only come in focus when writers want to show anupama as mahaan

even if we get new puppy at home we take care of it 24 hours someone with it for 3 months than another 3 months we run after it everywhere to see what it does whether it get hurt because its new in world for one year usko chotte bacche ki tarah kayal rakha jatha hai uske baad hi akele chodke jathe hain

My niece and nephew are 7 1/2& no way do they go to school alone. Never! They don’t touch the stove or anything that a 7 yr old shouldn’t touch or do. They are well aware of safety but if something goes wrong it can be life or death

What stupidity, so if the kid can do everything on her own and doesn't need her parents at all, they should have left her in the orphanage. You go out of your way to ADOPT a kid, you better well make substantial time to spend with the kid. If she was to just live in their house and do everything on her own, she could've stayed in the orphanage and done the same. Just name sake, there's no use of having parents.

Anupama told CA to be careful around Pari because she could hurt her by mistake, but she can manage in the house handling the stove, geyser etc. Everyone may know how to use these things, doesn't mean kids are as careful as adults. Even adults can be in danger, obviously a 6 year old kid needs to be taken care of 100x more. No justification for their shitty parenting. Worst part is those losers Toshu, Pakhi got SO much attention and babysitting even as they grew up and this poor 6 year old girl who actually needs it gets nothing.
