The writers suck.

I will be honest, I have never liked the glorification of motherhood in this show. I have also always felt Kavya and Rakhi to be the only good mother(ly) figures on the show.

So for Rakhi to be butchered to only make a repetitive let-me-lecture-the-world moment for Anupamaaaaaaa is godawful.

Rakhi hiding Paritosh's affair and then censuring Anupamaa for trashing his ass is such a massive character break that it disgusts me.

No, sorry, Anupamaa has never been able to discipline her children. She never instilled the sense of responsibility and accountability in her own children. Toshu is Vanraj 2.0 and Pakhi is an entitled brat. It's not that they make a mistake and Anupamaa deals with it. She babysits grown ass adults who have no respect for women around them and feel entitled to everything. And Anupamaa was a terrible mother in law prior to this track as well. Because no well-wisher would have ever wanted Kinjal to remain married to Toshu even before he cheated on her.

Rakhi, on the other hand, knew Toshu was trash from day 1. When her daughter eloped with that deadbeat, she didn't abandon her daughter because of one bad decision. She made sure the Shahs knew she could wreck havoc on them if they abused Kinjal; she tried to provide the best amenities for her daughter despite the fact that Baa got her panties in a bunch about Kinjal's mother being able to provide better things for her every time. She tried to tolerate and even make something out of a spineless man like Toshu so, yes, Rakhi was always a better mother than Anupama. She prioritised her child, did not try to gloss over Kinjal's self-sacrificial nature, and if the writers didn't suck, would have dragged Paritosh through hell for cheating on her.

She can still drag Paritosh to hell once she gets over the initial shock. I hope Kinjal's father gets involved and his ema turns out to be a misunderstanding. Rakhi with all her resources, could get Paritosh vanish off the surface of the earth.

specific to this situation :

- Rakhi loves to provoke and Kinjal knows this. Makes perfect sense that she would ask Rakhi to leave when she sees things heating up

- If by disrespect you are referring to Kinjal being firm and raising her voice at Rakhi...well again she knows what her mother is about, so if raising her voice is what she needs to do to get the job done, so be it.

- I don't think it's as black and white as youre making it. Rakhi disciplining Kinjal doesnt make or break her as a mother

First of like to say Rakhi situation and anupama situation are totally different

Rakhi has has only one child plus Rakhi never lived at joint family .she has support of husband as Father as Father ( not as husband because he has ema ) she Haa support of her mayka .she has chance to complete her education . And she don't have more than one child . Suppose if rakhi would have another child

If rakhi would have two or three children then may be other child kinjal ke jaisa nahi Hota

For eg take barkha .now barkha has two children .Sara and Adhik.adhik is shown cunning and greedy but Sara is shown responsible and caring t

If only mother teaching and giving value can make children nice then both brother and sister like Sara and Adhik would have not off different nature

Human own consciousness also responsible of human nature .unless human has own consciousness no Father no mother no one can install value in person

But I don't believe that rakhi has install discipline in kinjal .but onlybaby sitt kinjal thar she bring mineral water for her bring washing machine for her .kinjal can bring water mineral for herself and she can bring washing machine for herself as she is now adult

And then anupama .she don't have support from anywhere neither physical nor financial .plus she marry at 18 she don't has chance to complete her education .she is only 12 pass. Plus she has three children so looking at anupama situation it is very difficult to install value in three children but as I said human own consciousness is also responsible for how they are

Out of three children samar is shown as better human being than her brother and sister

That means anupama has given value only to samar but not pakhi ahd toshu

No as I told that human consciousness is also responsible for human nature apart from other factors

Hello I also believe that why kinjal do such behavior with rakhi because she know rakhi main intention to provoke kinjal

But as many believe except me that rakhi has good parenting skill but i don't believe it rakhi has good parenting skill because .I have never seen rakhi has scold kinjal when kinjal ask her mother to go away from her

Why is everyone blaming Anu for being a bad mother. It’s also Vanraj’s job to be a good father. For most of the their kids’ childhood he made fun of their mother in front of them. Calling her and Samar losers. Now how are the kids going to respect their mother and learn from her if her husband never did. Sorry to say, but the only reason Samar is close to his mother is because he is an outcast in the family too-just like Anu. Samar spent more time with her and she instilled good morals to him. Vanraj is at fault here not Anupama.
