We are three siblings and until today I thought we all turned out as good children to my parents.

my 7 yr old can arrange her own breakfast. But pakhi/samar/toshu/vanraj/bapuji/baa can not.

In fact my daughter can microwave her milk and fix her own burger when I give her all the fixings on her plate. And yes, my kids do love me and say that to me almost every single day! And I do not even have to give them a lecture to get a sorry or I love you.

Just like chhoti Anu is more independent, cultured, well mannered and loving than all of Anupama's children and Mr. Shah.

I also agree with u that kids do not respect Anupama coz none of the shah family did including Mr. Shah. But Anupama herself worships Baa and calls Vanraj achche pita even when they disrespect and abuse her every single day in front of her kids. As a kid, what would one concur from this?

And that is why Toshu thinks it is okay to cheat Kinjal coz just like anupama, kinjal will also continue staying in the house and accept Toshu with his one night stand without any apology.

I do not need to see any more episodes as I have seen enough of respected Leela Baa, her abuses and her cheap language and hypocrisy. She does not even have normal decency, if I knew a woman like her I would never see or hear her again.

ITV needs to stop glorifying daughter in law who suffers through every abuse and still respects/bows in front of disgusting mother in laws like Leela Baa.

Stop treating or showing women as slaves and when they raise voice against this inhuman behavior, then dont label them as bad Bahu.

Stop showing working women as bad mothers, in that case every working father is also a bad father. Coz if we compare a working dad with a working mom; a mom does way more than dad in any indian household.

Stop glorifying elders' insult as their care/concern/love. It is an abuse in every culture, including indian.
