Bapuji and Kinjal left without tasting her sweets. Dolly Ben arrives but is pushed to severe ties with her Maika.

Dolly calls out what ungrateful wretches they have become that they can't treat both Beti and Bahu with respect.

Leela was left speechless when Dolly began her tirade. When the control freak tried to silence his sister Sanjay gave him back.

Kavyas glee was visible till she heard CHUDAIL. Her reaction was epic.

I am getting a bit bored by Vanraj and his brick counting… ek ek eht 😖 counting his good deeds which seem to be underwhelmed by his bad!

He forgets he was able to do most of what he did because Anupamaa was his wife…. She kept everything under control at home and managed everything. Yes he earned but she helped manage it. She was his support system and did everything possible for him. He did realise that when he moved in at Kavya’s and had to make his own protein shake and eat salad, no home made food there. He realised he was pampered and all of his whims were met within him having to say anything at all as that was Anupamaa’s devotion to him.

And when that relationship fell apart, so did his kismat and all that he considered to be good started disappearing…. His job, his peace, wealth, kids Heath (Pakhi drama) and slowly his family - Toshu has left the house, Samar left mentally ages ago and now physically, all deserted him for Anupamaa during a festival and now asking his sister to pay back what he did for her. So glad she stood up and said what was needed to the all. It’s more painful when it’s your own blood that says it… has a more profound impact.

The home he painfully worked hard to build will become a house, bricks will be left with no one really there. People/family is what makes a house a home and mentally and physically they are flying away from the ghosla which is fast becoming a pinjara.

True wealth cannot be objectified and Vanraj fails to realise that yet. On the other hand we have a wealthy man, Anuj who feels poor as he has no one other than GK.

egoistic, sadistic people like him will not think at all!! For them , "they" are the most imp object in the world. Everything revolves around them only. So, irrespective of the support system and constant understanding of his wife and other family members, HE will always think that everything is standing because of HIM. His delusion will fall when he falls badly. These kind of people need a very hard slap by Karma. They should face calamities from all angles and then maybe maybe they will think that they have grown what they have sowed!!

Don't know what hit her, but whatever it was I'm glad it did! Vanraj crossed all boundaries today, who says that to their sister? Esp if you claim to have done so much for her. I kind of want Dolly to go over to Anu's place and also support for her openly. If Dolly is ashamed to call Baa Maa, will Anu not realise that even if she is a daughter she can also not like Baa ?! Sorry if I'm not articulating this well but Baa is always on a bhashan of bahu nahi beti maana so it's not Anu's duty to be after her always

I will respond in two parts.

A daughter can speak her mind to her mother. But it is only to a mother in law like Anupama can daughters in law open their mind. Leela is old school. Anupama has decided to rescript the mother in law definition.

Anupama has become so immune to the torture that she doesn't even see she is hurting or realise what is hurting.

Remember Bapuji telling her about the kitchen scars and how in time women get so used to it and hardly notice it.... Anupama has chosen not to mind Baa Baghwans words so she fails to see her meanness to her as avoidable. She must understand what needs to be endured and what not.
