Anupamaa Written Update 28 Apr 2021

Anupama is excitedly waiting for her reports to come following which she wants to go home.

Vanraj too is waiting for Anupama’s reports following which Dr Advait Khanna is going to take the final decision regarding her , the stress levels has gone beyond her tolerance , and he suspects something amiss .

Samar meets Nandini and they share their woes and happiness like close friends n lovers . Samar is worried about his mother , Nandini assures she was OK . He asks her tk take care of his mother , he is very worried as to why she had fainted . Nandini says she was too stressed out n her BP too was raised .
soon Dr Advait Khanna receives the reports of Anupama and he gets worried , he informs Vanraj that Anu had ovarian tumours , he states everyone living person had to leave this earth sooner or later . Anupamaa’s first call for her departure had arrived . Vanraj is stunned on hearing that .

Unknown to them Samar over hears this n he gets horrified n runs screaming for his mother. Vanraj goes after him n with great difficulty calms him n consoles him.
Father n son share their remorse n guilt for ill treating Anupama for never bothering about her , taking her for granted , always troubling her . She never complained They recollect all the happy moments and FB scenes are shown . . They now fear losing her .father n son get very emotional , they console eachother . She was always there for them . The thought of losing Anupama hugs them hard n both father n son find it unacceptable . Kavya watches Vanraj weeping and putting his head in Samar’s lap n Samar comforting his papa .

The Shah family members decide not to reveal to Anupama about her illness , they decide to keep her very happy and make these last moments with her enjoyable n memorable .
