I liked the episode where Kartik killed the "oher Joe." The only police that bear special duties are paramilitary forces.

One can be fired by a desire to undo an ex-husband's criminal deeds -- she is clearly taking a personal interest in Jamuna 'cos she was wronged by her SKPD -- but there is a limit too, no?
