"Mahek. Go and keep this coffee on the table in Prince Shaurya's room." Said Kanta handing over Mahek a huge silver tray that had a coffee mug, sugar, coffee and boiling water in a kettle and a veg sandwich. The metal made the tray heavy and the things in it heavier. Mahek had a hard time holding it but she managed it somehow to the Prince's room. She reached the door and managed to knock at the door, actually bang at the door with her leg. "Yeah." Came the voice from within. She pushed the door with the same leg and entered into the most beautiful room of the palace, Prince Shaurya's room. He was standing in front of the dressing table in a while towel. The water dropped from his wet hair. Mahek didn't dare to lift her eyes up. She quietly kept the sliver tray on the table and left without saying anything. And anyway, why the niece of the head maid of the palace will say anything to the future king of the Kingdom.

After she was gone, Shaurya changed himself in his three piece suit and sat on the couch to have his breakfast, black coffee and veg sandwich. After about half an hour there was again a knock at the door. "Come in please." Shaurya said who was busy with laptop finishing his college project. Mahek was there again. She had come to take the tray back. She looked at him through the corner of her eyes and took the tray back silently. Shaurya didn't understand what had happened to her. "Why is she behaving like that." He thought to himself. He wanted to question her about her behaviour but she was gone. She had gone swiftly as if trying to ignore him.
