Agree they are doing wrong with Mishti. And coming to being illegitimate child, both Kunal & Kuhu might have got more rough life then what Mishti could have faced.. but here Mishti is 1000X bigger target for everyone's own good. 🥱

Coming to Abir being illegitimate child.. there can be only one illegitimate child either Kunal or Abir. It depends on who's mother Méhul married secondly. But again this has nothing to do with how good or bad person both of them are.

But concluding all this, even being illegitimate child was their fault. All four of them are innocent in this context.. but yes! whoever points out such baseless points is wrong . Like how Kuhu or RV family or anyone blaming Mishti for coming from broken family.

Jyoti🤗

I am not blaming these four for being illegitimate or coming from broken family. I just gave an example .Why Mishti has go to through this tag only? Why everyone including Kuhu keep taunting her that she has come from a broken family. What is the marital status of BigBen? In that case both Abir n Kunal are from broken family. Koi inhe toh kuch nahi bolta. Toh saare taunts Mishti ke liye kyun. 🤔Actually i am angry with the writers for writing such stupid dialogues.

Can I blame Mishti for how everyone left Kuhu over coffee fiasco? If Mishti would have been in her place she would have been thrown out of the house by Big Ben.🤪 it's Mishti fault Kuhu got saved. Family is even scared of Kuhu. No one loves even abir. ? How come plz explain.

It is not a crime to kill a person in self-defense. As much as I dislike their running away from the scene, I don't know for certain that it is a crime under IPC. I've been trying to find out, but from everything I've managed to read, it's so very unclear. There is a right to silence (avoid self-incrimination), but that applies if you are the defendant/witness. Not sure in this case. This is not like a hit and run. If Mishti confesses now that's altogether different.

My google search history might incriminate me 😆

Writers have pretty much done a good job sealing ways to send Mishbir to prison or make them responsible for a murder -

1 What Mishti did was in self-defense, that too after Karan hit her in the head, Mishti was semi concious when she hit Karan

2 Karan didn't die because of his head wound, He died due to overdose of alcohol/alcohol poisoning

3 Abir didn't run away from the spot, He took his injured wife to a cab and came back to take the guy but police was already there and informed him that the guy died due to alcohol poisoning

4 Abir's concealment of his wife's involvement in it, is not a crime. Husband and Wife are the exception under IPC 212

Morally Wrong/Right but legally definitely not wrong.

Mishti would get sympathy because she was doing what any woman would do when attacked and on the verge of molestation, *Edited by DT*

IMO the real life rules & the indian legal system rules dont apply here since its a fictional show & they will mould things as per the story (or rather trp) demands

because Mishti going out alone with just a phone in hand at the middle of night through a deserted path on the way, and forgetting her karate skills, not even carrying a pepper spray (keeping in mind that Mishti is a brown belt in karate & is the same who saved Kuhu from those gundas before lockdown in that kidnapping prank of Abinal) is all incredibly unbelievable

so keeping in mind what they have shown or hinted at, Abir himself said something like uss waqt tum uss halat mein nahi thi ki main tumhe police ke paas le jaun & tum sab kuchh confess karo, aur ab bahut der ho chuki hai kyunki ab hum sach batayenge bhi toh koi nahi maanega

so he doesnt have the proofs to support their truth if she confesses now & thats the reason he is so hell bent on hiding it & not letting her confess & he knows they have made a blunder by hiding it or rather not going to police right away or even within a few hours/days, so the point is its too late now

also Abir is shown to be running an ngo so he must have better knowledge than Mishti about the legal system (ofcourse the yrhpk universe's legal system🤪), so him trying to not let her confess & infact making every damn effort to keep hiding the truth sort of confirms

It's true they can do anything in the show, but I was actually interested in knowing if there was anything law-wise there. I wish I had your belief that Abir either knows more of the law or found out what he needed to, but I don't think so.

Haan but what happens if she confesses? Then they would need to explain why they left and never said anything until now right? I'm not saying he/they should have. Just trying to figure out what the law is. Of course, they can show anything in the show (logic gaya bhad mein) but I was curious because this is an interesting situation. I can totally get that given the way sexual assault victims are treated in India, if someone was in this situation, they might just want to get away and not get involved at all. I just wondered what the law would be in that case.
