Whatever Armaan is doing is not out of character or out of the blue. He believed he loved Ruhi at that time (Which we know is not really possible. Love is much deeper than attraction and some dreams. And it takes lot of time to fall in love. Armaan's feelings for Ruhi was never strong and that's what Ruhi is realizing now. She compared her and Abhira in respect to Armaan.) and has been guilt tripped multiple times by Ruhi and Swarna. He was once sad because Ruhi was married to Rohit. But now he is uncomfortable of her presence. He values her of course and wants her to be happy. But he does not have any feelings for her anymore. Everyone except this three idiots can see that.

Trust me, if tomorrow some guy comes and falls in love with Abhira and Abhira too befriends him, he would be devastated. Armaan is not taking Ruhi for granted, he is taking Abhira for granted. He never stops Abhira when she asserts her right as his wife, even in front of Ruhi. He could never let go of her but he might lose her because of his oscillating behavior.

I honestly don’t blame Armaan or Ruhi. Armaan did what he did for his family/ Rohit. Ruhi is a sad lonely soul, she has abandonment issues and she chose the easy way out to stay close to the guy she loved. I’m not gonna talk about Rohit cus, he ran away at the first chance, so it is definitely not like he is a saint.

Ruhi’s assumption today is that she thinks Rohit is never gonna return, cus let’s face it there is no sign of him. And Armaan for all his reasons isn’t being rude to her or stopping her!

Armaan on the other end, does not want to hurt her cus obviously he loved her at some point(trust me you don’t want your exes to have a bad life, unless ofcourse they cheated on you or did something crazy horrible) and most importantly RUHI is IMPORTANT to DADISA. and he knows where he stands in the family. And he knows what happened the last time he lashed out at her.

Him reacting to her today by pushing her is a shocker by itself! And Ruhi listing everything that he does for Abhira is definitely a jolt, cus I have repeatedly said Armaan hasn’t thought about his feelings(he does not have to love Abhira, just the realization she is more special is enough) as he is constantly running!

The thing is I understand where Ruhi or Armaan is coming from. I know they are little twisted because of their past trauma, I know they need unconditional love and care to heal. Unfortunately two damaged individual can't heal each other. That's why Abhira is perfect for Armaan and Rohit is perfect for Ruhi.

Armaan and Ruhi are similar in many ways which is why Ruhi know how and where to stab Armaan. Armaan is a kind hearted soul and is never morally wrong even though stupid and emotional and that's the reason he never bites back.

I don't know how and when Rohit is going to return, but Ruhi should never cross her boundaries as long as she bears the sign of her marriage to him. That is just plain disrespect. You see, neither Armaan (even though he is weak) nor Abhira disrespects their marriage although it's a sham one for them. One year or not, they are loyal towards each other in the meantime.

I sympathize with them specially Armaan, but this is a hell hole they are creating in the name of past love and it will blow up on their face. I am glad he took a stand today though. Abhira's voice finally got to him.
