Well even though half of the show audience has to assume what Akshara means, and then do and her intentions. In her case it's mostly like each to their own.

But here in precap she is clearly asking k mujhse shaadi krne ko tayar ho par bache ka kya usko apna naam doge. So clearly woh yeh toh nahi plan kr rhi hai k yeh bacha Nav ji ka hai unka hi rahega.

It's just like how in Abhir case she was like be his father. Only difference is the timings.
