I can't with today's episode, FF'ed it to see everyone's reactions. I felt like Manjari should have said a lot more. Abhi was just completely zoned out and only concerned about Ak's health. Later Ak was shown talking to Nav's photo (ffed it), and then she had a hallucination about Abhi. So basically Abhi asking what about me, will you again break your promise to me, will you again break me? So its like she feels now that if she backs out Abhi will get shattered again.

Abhi has to be the most devoted lover ever. The love of his life, who btw is again marrying him, just declared she is pregnant with another guy's child and all he has space in his mind for is to worry about her. To calm her down. He told her to not worry about anything, including him. He just wants her to be okie.
