Birth certificate is a legal document as far as I know isn't it?

The only way, abhimanyu can take Abhir away was if the parents were abusive/criminals/mentally unwell and the child was not in a good state which is not the case. How would Birals prove she is not a good mother? What has she done? Birlas themselves are abusive and their palace is unsafe for Abhir. Papa Birla and then Parth Bira. Abhimanyu is mentally unwell and takes some medication for God knows what is all I know lol.

Akshara can take her son anywhere she wants.

FYI, the hospital does 12 free surgeries a year because Dr. Abhimanyu Birla has always been a generous soul and wanted to do free surgeries but papa Birla knew they wouldn't make any money like this so decided to open this program. This was not made for the Sharmas. Also, did it get approved yet or will Nav get degraded in the future that he could not afford a top surgeon like Dr Abhimanyu Birla?

If she is going before the surgery, she can say she is taking him for the surgery no?

True, I completely agree he was not needed for the test but why did he ask them to come in? He basically made an appointment and did not make it. To make it easy, he prioritized his personal life over his professional life and Nav questioned the doctor of his child.

What if she would say Abhimanyu priortize Ruhi test over Abhir Checkup?
