How will Abhinav lose all the rights? Legally he is the father of Abhir. Even if Abhimanyu says in court he was not aware, how will he justify divorcing his wife while she was pregnant thinking she had already miscarried? He left her to die? Did not reach out for 6 years? Now all of a sudden he wants his son back? The most he can get is visitation rights but that can be worked on as well. If I was handling this case, there were no chances of Abhimanyu ever seeing that child lol. His case would have been extremely weak.

I know ITV court works different than real life so I can't and wont bring law in here, but still this would be parents vs biological father.

Akshu has done too many blunders.

1. She put her unborn kids life at risk by going to jungle alone following a kid and people were finding her and a tree or something was about to fall on her but abhi saved her at the right moment.

2.She literally put 2 kids life at risk. I have not watched that epi but what i heard from ppl is she pushed neil and even got herself hurt and she lost 1 kid. ( but not sure if it's true forgive me if it's wrong)

3. She neglected her critical condition and took a decision stay with stranger than taking help her from people she knows. I am not saying taking help from abhinav is wrong but her situation was so critical she needed good doctor and money to get good treatment for her kid.

4. Now she is taking abhir in this state.

She is taking him away because of her fears not surgery. She is running away. She can fight but she is choosing to run

But will she mention that in court saying she’s running away? She studied law so the least we can expect from cvs is to show her a fierce lawyer.

None of this matters in court. Court will look at how the couple separated and how Abhir is now and what is a safe place for him. Court decides in the child’s best interest. So he’s definitely better off with the Sharmas as oppose to the Goenkas. Abhimanyu can get visitation rights.

They look for financial stability, negligence etc too. Abhir operation track was brought to show that navra are not capable enough to afford his operation.

The running USA will help them claim negligence from navra's end.

But as a mother she has the right to deny treatment and take her somewhere else even if it’s another country. If she feels Abhimanyu won’t be a good doctor for her son, she has the right to decide, she’s his MOTHER.

I am genuinely feeling sad for Rajan Shahi. He is trying very hard to clear the mess created by his dearest Garima Dimri.

Exactly. Whatever had happened in the past, at present he is living a very lonely and forsaken life. He had been impulsive and situations made him take wrong decisions. His words on the day of Neil's death were " rubbing salt in the wound " to Ak.

I just wish Ak and Ab had time to cry their heart out. But I wonder how he got No. 1 in his medical exam ! Everything is clear in front of him, still he is not getting a hint that Abhir is his son.

The first time Abhir says " My name is Abhir ,,,if I was a girl i would be Abhira," and then Ak told him I wonder how he got spectacles, even u dont have one...And this time she said son needs you....

On top of it Ar was blackmailing him. He knows her in and out. Still he could get her true colours. She had started behaving differently since last evening, He always doubted her and now he is like overlooking it.

He is in this position only because of his own instinctive actions. But the precap is so hurting and those words" Tumhara beta hotha tho......is like...😔
