For dramatic factor, he could as well over hear someone talking about it. And later I would like for nav to explain it to abhir ( if he remains the same as now ), cos if abhir sees that his papa is okay with sharing him with his biological papa, then he would be more open to Abhimanyu without being guilty. Abhir is sensitive to nav frelings in general.

Abhinav will get real good introduction of Dr Abhimanyu Birla once Abhi knows the truth. Abhinav will lose all of the rights once Birlas get to know the truth. Let Abhinav jump how much he wants to jump on Abhimanyu right now..... Abhinav is going to be sidelined completely because than the battle would be between Akshara & Abhimanyu- the parents of Abhir Birla !!!

Aarohi's fears are not false. She knows once truth of Abhir comes out Ruhi is going to be completely set on the side by the family. Not just by Abhimanyu....I HAVE NEVER EXPECTED ANYTHING FROM AAROHI AND I NEVER WILL. She has always been this selfish. Abhimanyu has spent 5 years co parenting Ruhi but she will.always be selfish. He genuinely cares and feels happy around Abhir (this is far from reality because who is actually like that around their ex's son from her second marriage lol) but it is ITV so they have to show some type of connection since they are blood related.

Abhimanyu literally doens't have anyone right now. He's all alone!

His mother whose mere concern is to remove Akshara from roaming around her son. She has no idea what makes her son happy. She wants him to be in a marriage he wants to run away from.

Arohi has always been selfish and she will remain selfish. She doesn't care about Abhimanyu at all. She is a grown woman in her early 30s but doesn't see how unhappy Abhimanyu is with everything going on right now. She is basically forcing her and her daughter on to him.

Ruhi loves her poppy but I can already see her having a difficult time sharing her poppy. I feel like abhir might be fine (when Abhira unites) but ruhi will be selfish, she will want him all to herself.

He genuinely had a good bond with Nav but they are slowly destroying that as well. Both Akshara and Nav are blaming him when he's genuinely trying. Of course the parents don't know and they are just being parents but when it comes to Abhimanyu, he's literally thinking about abhir all the time and is prioritizing the child.

Abhir currently shares a good bond with him (sometimes it goes overboard like this child literally wants docman at all times) but it might not last long if they decide to bring in a custody battle. If Abhimanyu tries to take Abhir away from his mama papa, he will start to hate his docman. All he'll know is he's trying to take him away. I am sure when Abhir finds out, Akshara will tell him the story (in a light way of course) as to what happened.

Absolutely right! I do feel bad for him. Bechara sach main kisi chakravyuh main fas gaya hai aur bahar bhi nahi nikal paa raha. He really needs some better guidance. By which he would be able to take wise decision. But all my pettiness fall down when I saw these so called toxic fans. Every time they just defame Abhinav for no reason or silly reason. But currently Abhimanyu efforts really worth to watch. He just tried to do every single thing to keep everyone happy. He really need some better people around him. It would be good if he find abhir truth behave sanely. I would love to see him with Abhir. But I like more him with Abhinav. These two are really good actors. But I also don't want Abhira.

He will definitely overhear it just like Arohi and Kairav overheard the ladies. All of a sudden Akshara and Nav and then her and Muskaan are casually talking about Abhir's paternity out in the open and then hoping nobody finds out.

Nav would be a good option but that would piss many people off lol.

How will Abhinav lose all the rights? Legally he is the father of Abhir. Even if Abhimanyu says in court he was not aware, how will he justify divorcing his wife while she was pregnant thinking she had already miscarried? He left her to die? Did not reach out for 6 years? Now all of a sudden he wants his son back? The most he can get is visitation rights but that can be worked on as well. If I was handling this case, there were no chances of Abhimanyu ever seeing that child lol. His case would have been extremely weak.

I know ITV court works different than real life so I can't and wont bring law in here, but still this would be parents vs biological father.

Tbh the child shares a great bond with both Abhinav and Abhimanyu. Wish they had shown more of it with Akshara as well.

Putting Abhinav's name in birth certificate doesn't make him legal father. The legal father of Abhir is Abhimanyu Birla. And the way Akshu is making stupid mistakes like trying to take Abhir away to US will make her case ultra weak. Birlas will prove Akshara a not-a good mother for Abhir. Abhinav would be the step father but not father.
