This is so good Shay… I’ve read all three parts in one go and I can’t get enough… loving the different concept and the troubled relationship between Abhira… can’t wait to read the backstory of their relationship, and Abhi better have a big redemption track and Akshu shouldn’t forgive him too easily either. Chapter 4

Abhimanyu was sitting on the sofa when his family was back home. They all sat together.

Anisha: what happened bhai you didn't go to office today (with a naughty smile).

Abhimanyu: no, there wasn't any meeting today

Neil: bhaiya please don't make any excuses.

Abhimanyu: now i will make excuses in my own office.

Nimisha comes from the kitchen.

Nimi: maa had you kept any food in the fridge?

Manjari: no I hadn't. But whats in the fridge?

Nimi: bhindi, matar, paneer.

Manjari: ohh these are all Abhimanyu's favourite dishes. Akshara might have made it yesterday. Ask her when she will comeback.

Nimi: but this looks so fresh and untouched. Let it be i will ask di.

Abhimanyu heard this and thought she was waiting for him to have dinner and he out-rightly refused and then she too didn't have her dinner. His thought process was broken by his mother.

Manjari: and Abhimanyu why do you sound so irritated.They are just pulling your leg.

Abhimanyu: but why maa. Kal se sab ko kuch na kuch ho rakha hai (frustrated)

Manjari: obviously it was your first annive...

Before she could complete

Abhimanyu: maa everybody is saying the same thing since yesterday. I had no idea it was our anniversary yesterday.

Manjari stood up from the sofa and Anisha held her by the shoulders.

Anisha: maa relax, sit down. Bhai is just kidding.

Abhimanyu: Anisha no i am not kidding. Neither did I remember nor did Akshara.

Everybody was shocked. His mother stood up.

Manjari: Enough Abhimanyu. What are you so proud of? Your money, your name? What is it exactly?

Abhimanyu: maa why are you talking like that?

Manjari: i will not listen a word against Akshara and who told you she didn't remember it. Did she say so?

Abhimanyu: maa please sit down.

Manjari: i don't want to talk to anybody. I will come downstairs once Akshara is back. Abhimanyu whatever you are doing with Akshara is not right. You think I don't see anything. I understand everything.Its Akshara who stops me every time I think of talking to you, stating that things will be fine. You don't worry.

Just then Manjari sees Akshara from the door and ends the discussion so she doesn't hear anything and sits down.

Akshara enters and gets happy seeing her family. She puts all her things on the sofa and hugs her MIL.

Akshara: maa i missed you so much.

Manjari: beta how are you and how was your exam? Do you have fever?

Akshara: no maa its nothing. My viva was good.

Nimi: di should I get tea for you? And why is there so much food in the fridge.

Akshara: no I won't have tea. Yes I had made the dinner yesterday but I guess I made too much.

Manjari: ok you sit and rest.

Akshara is about to sit and she feels dizzy. She holds her head and is about to fall but Abhimanyu catches her in time.

Abhimanyu: Akshara Akshara (patting her cheek). Neil call the doctor.

He lays her down on the sofa and is rubbing her hand. The doctor arrived and Abhimanyu moved aside. Doctor checks her.

Doctor: Mr. Birla since when does she have fever?

Abhimanyu: since morning.

Doctor: Mr. Birla she is too stressed out. She is too weak, that's why she fainted. I am writing the medicine. Give it to her on time and let her rest as much as she can.

Abhimanyu: thank you doctor.

Manjari leaves the room and calls someone.

Manjari: ok i will wait for you. Please come fast.Then she goes back to the room.

Anisha: maa what happened to bhabhi suddenly? She will be fine no?

Nimi: didi has been so stressed for her viva. I hope she gets well soon.

Manjari: Akshara will be fine soon and I have taken a decision for her betterment.
