Arey yaar she has hidden motives of course. Deep down she probably is using this as an opportunity to instigate Akshu. But, she also seemed concerned. The thing with Aarohi is that she never wanted Abhi for who he is, so now she isn't concerned that Abhira are together. What is is mad about is that her sister has stood up for herself and her love for once... and she chose herself over Aarohi. This is what she cannot grasp...so she wants to get Akshu in trouble with the family and make her life miserable. But, she does not actually give a damn about Abhira being together or not together... she wants to more just bring Akshu down...

they are shown somewhat understanding couple, so I dont think there will be misunderstanding...but if aru plays a game then that might happen

I think abhimanyu will have misunderstanding that akshara resigned despite him telling no and akshara will have misunderstanding of Abhimanyu's intention regarding meeting new girl. So maybe she will stop talking to him

Don't think they will show a misunderstanding this soon after Abhira's separation. Also, when Aarohi told Akshu about the call, Akshu did not seem concerned at all. She trusts Abhi with her whole heart. She might get curious after seeing him with Anisha, but she surely won't doubt him. And today Abhi's dialogue about how everyone has a past and it comes out at the right time was really foreshadowing- the Anisha truth will be revealed when Abhi is ready... Akshu won't force him
