Lol first of all its 100% karan and not Kartik. Otherwise why will they put sehra and all. I think Naira will see and break down infront of everyone and shout that she can't see kartik get married to someone else & that she loves him. Swarna & team will mention that it's a plan & all. Kartik will ask why. Before she says why very dramatically she'll faint & he'll catch her. Everyone goes to hospital. Doc says urgent surgery required and few episodes theyll show how everyone takes care of Naira.
