NO WAY!!!
I absolutely loved the episode. I loved all his ranting and raving and forcibly hugging her in the room and then later manhandling her downstairs like a total madman. He is mad with rage and desperation. I would be too, if I was in his shoes. He is doing the only thing he can do to break her and make her open up to him.
He knows that she is doing the very thing , that he would have done, if the case was reversed. So he cannot fault her on that. And when she opens up too, he will forgive her for all the pain in that very instant... but he can't do anything till she shares. And he is pissed off with her family too, because even they have given to their daughter's wish, and aren't telling him anything.
I loved the way he gave that ruthless look to Nani yesterday in the temple... As if he was saying, "Nani, you too?"
And then today, while he was telling Naitik... First he said Papa, and then said Uncle. Not because of the reason he gave (that Naitik is now uncle because of Naira cutting all ties with him), but because he feels that even Naitik chose to not share with him a detail that is his right to know. He is asking the adults in the Singhania family... Naira has gone crazy in her love for me, but what's your excuse? 😕
But thankfully, there are enough signs in today's episode, that suggest that it is Kartik's plan to marry Naira forcibly.. Kartik showing her her own ring as the chosen one for Aashi, and then turning up on her doorstep with those bandwalas sporting his own engagement ring, saying he is engaged, give away his plot.
Kartik may be angry, desperate even, but even he does not have the heart to use Kaira's personal jewellery if he was really going to marry Aashi. He comes across as the kind who will bury all his memories within. He did do that for past two years.
Another dead give away is the precap... He knows his Naira well... he knows all her buttons to push. Swarna may not be sure, but he knows that Naira will come, and there she arrives.
I can't wait for Kartik to now give her the biggest jhatka... Forcing her to be his reluctant dulhan. I want the friday episode to end at Naira fainting with all the pressure on her head, in the midst of the feras... and all hell breaking loose.
I am keeping my popcorn and tissues ready. Its going to be quite a ride.
