Hey,Thanks for giving your perspective, but there is no way I can try and justify Kartik. He is quite a terrible husband and I can not idolise him or see him as a male lead/hero. He fell quite low where a coming back is not possible.Of course, love is a beautiful thing. But my problem is justifying abuse in the name of love.And as I said, I do not watch Hindi serials expecting it to be of high quality, it is just fun so I am willing to overlook the lack of logic in the script or the loopholes or introducing and taking away characters according to its convenience. Yes, it is all about the drama. But again there are certain ideas and viewpoints any story puts across. And I think Yrkkh has done a good job in the past. Family values, the importance of relationships, stalking, infertility and what not! But I feel all this were superficial because underneath they function very much with a patriarchal mindset. Trying to put the "woman" in "her place". She as a human being doesn't exist but only exist in terms of her relationship and approval of her husband/in-laws. And here Naira basically apologised for not clinging on when he and his mother made clear they don't want her in the house and when no other family member even tries to express sympathy or extend a hand towards her.Once the idea and the cause a story stands for is regressive, it's really hard for me to watch it and yrkkh has become despicable to be honest.
True rather than being progressive i found it regressive as well.
Naira has no self respect i get the ego sometimes is confused with self respect...
But honestly the man brought up pie charts with every mistake u ever made and threw it in ur face did not trust u with the smallest of things...dragged u around like a doll...

She should have stood for her own self worth i was watching this other show where the lead asked the heroine if its him or her values and she said her values because they are what make her herself and without them she wouldnt be her anymore...
that for me is progressive
naira would probably say something unrealistic like nothing matters if i love u hit me stab me throw me under a bus its ok coz ur my husband and i love u i should understand and think from ur point of view and bury my every trait and sense of worth so that we are never apart as that means more to me then my own worth🤢
