Woah! This show is absolutely ridiculous. In what world is their galti barabar? You got to be kidding me.

I did get one thing to learn from them. This show is not progressive but in fact quite regressive. It basically portrays that a married woman does not have any self-respect. She should bear whatever insult her in-laws and her husband throws at her. Being thrown out of the house, being constantly insulted in every single public space. And also she should apologise to the guy when he comes to apologise to her because pati to bagwaan hai (which they showed without really saying). And of course, she fell in love with her abusive husband again. This show belongs in 80's and not 2000s.

PS; I also came across a video of Rajan Shahi's interview where he says, Kartika and Naira represent the modern generation and they are not perfect like Akshara and Naitik. And if he thinks that's how new generation functions, I accuse him of prejudice and stereotype. Because the new generation that I know is more sensible and they know what to expect from their relationships. They for sure consider the physical as well as mental health and of course, do not go after an abusive stalker/boyfriend/husband. Most of the new gen couple do try to engage in conversation unlike the previous gen, who takes their husband's word as the final one. The times are a changing and it has quite changed. I am for sure is seeing for the first time, how a couple trying to solve their problems after getting a divorce.

Yes, we can argue that this a Hindi serial, but it makes me think how screwed up the mindset of the writers are and what they are feeding the viewers.

I am for done watching this horrible show. So, goodbye people, even though I don't understand how most of you sit through this cringing show. I am sorry, I can not bring myself to watch this anymore.
