Flashback
"Karthik", Naira entered the study room and saw Karthik sitting in the darkness on the floor his place buried in his hands, she switched on the lights and went up close to him and sat on the floor as well, she called out his name and ran her hand through his hair, she could hear his soft sobs and that madeher heart sink. She pulled him a bit roughly and made him face her, his face was tear stained and fresh tears still streamed out, his eyes were red and puffy, he flunged his arms around her and choking on his words spoke "Abhi toh main un se mila puri life un se dur raha ab Krishna ji unko mujhse dur kar rahe hai, kya main itna bura hun ke mujhe meri maa ka pyaar nahi milna chaiye, bachpan se unke pyaar ke liye tarsa, khud se yeh sawal puchta ke akhir main ne aisi kya galti ki ke meri maa mujhe chod kar chali gayi. Kyun Veeru kyun chod kar ja rahi hai woh mujhe, nahi bardasht hota."
"Nahi Karthik tum bilkul bhi bure nahi ho, bahut hi ache ho, koyi apni marzi se tumhe kabhi chod kar nahi jayega", Naira replied to him
"Apni marzi se nahi, lekin ja toh rahi hai", he said between his tears than finally looking into her eyes after all this while he asked her "will you leave me as well."
The very next second Naira hugged him as if her life depended on it, "never, I wouldn't even dream of it", she whispered in his ears while her arms were still wrapped around him and his arms around her.

"Uss din samajh aiya Naira mere liye ek special friend hi nahi meri zindagi hai, woh ek pal jab mere maan mein khayal aiya ke kya meri Tina bhi mujh se dur hogi, woh khayal, uss khayal ne ehssas dilaya ke nahi rahe sakta mein uss ke bina jan se bhi pyaar karta hun uss se", Karthik spoke as images of the day played in his head.
"Naira Di ko kar realize hua bff", asked Mishti
"Realize kar hua pata nahi, but jab bola woh din nahi bhul sakta", Karthik smiled through tear filled eyes remembering about it.

Flashback
"Kyun kiya tum ne Karthik, main ne tum se kaha aisa karne ko", Naira screamed at a confused Karthik
"Tina kya hua hai, aise chilla kyun rahi ho", Karthik asked putting a hand on her shoulder.
"Tum meri fees pay karte ho", she questioned him, he looked down not giving any reply, "tum ne apna influence use karke mujhe yahan admission dilwaya, yeh baath ke iss university mein previous results ko nahi dekhte aur sirf admission tests lene ki zarrorat hai, yeh baath bhi jhoot thi, am I right" he stood silent at her questions. "Mujhe apne results ke base par scholarship mila yeh bhi jhoot kyun ke meri fees tum bahar rahe the, kyun kyun kiya yeh sab mere liye", she asked angrily. "Kyun khud se phele mere barien mein socha, tum ne meri fees toh deposit kar li lekin apni nahi kyun Karthik. Tumhe pata hai sirf ek hafta bacha hai fees ke deposit ke liye." Naira told him
"Uss waqt tak manage ho jayega, tab tak manage hojayega dad tab tak paise bhej denge", he tried to calm her down
"You still haven't answered my other questions", she spoke angrily
"Haan tum ne Jo kaha saach kaha", he replied
"Kyun kiya", she asked
"Maa ke treatment mein zyada tar paise kharch hogaye aur ashram ke zarori karche ko nikal kar,sirf ek ki fees pay ho pati", he told her.
"Toh meri pay kyun ki apni kyun nahi", she asked him.
"Because I love you", he confessed looking into her eyes, "mujhe laga agar fees time kar pay nahi hogi toh tumhe saach ka pata chalega Jo tumhe aaj pata chala, tum mujh se naraz ho jaogi aur mujh se dur chali jaogi." He continued. "Darta tha dil ki baath khane se, kahi tum naraz ho kar chali na jao, dost ban kar hi Sahi tum pass toh ho mere, iss liye saach chupiya" he replied honestly.
She stayed silent at his confession
"Main pyaar karta hun yeh meri marzi tum pyaar karo ya na karo tumhari marzi", he told her and then changed the topic, "Tina tumhe sara saach kiss ne batiya"
"School authority ne jab mein tumhara fees pay karne gayi", she replied
"Mera?", Karthik asked confused
"Maine woh letter padha jiss mein ek week ki deadline thi, mere pass kuch paise saved the Jo fees ke liye kafi the iss liye mein", She replied.
"Mere liye tum ne apni sari savings use kar li, kyun", he asked
"Kyun ke main nahi jahti thi tum mujh se dur chale jao, mujhe dar tha kahi tum university se drop out karke dur nahi ja rahe ho", she replied tears dropping from her eyes.
"Maa aur tumhe chod kar kaha jata, Tina, itni kyun Dar gayi", he hugged her to calm her down
"I love you", she mummered bearing her head in his chest in an almost inaudible voice that he wasn't sure if he misheard
"Kuch kaha", he asked making her face him
"I love you Karthik, I love very much", she said looking into his eyes tears still pouring out and then put her head back on his chest, he tightened his grip around her making her smile even mere.
End of flashback

Karthik looked at Mishti who was asleep at his shoulder. It had been late evening by then so far Naira's condition was stable and everybody's hope was increasing that their Naira would make it through, everyone had gone home except Akshara, Naitik, Karthik, Mishti and Karishma.
"Karishma ma'am, Mishti so gayi hai, shayad thak gayi hai, Waise bhi Kafi Der ho chuki hai, aap sab ko jana chaiye", Karthik told everyone.
"Haan Karthik beta Der hogayi hai, tum bhi ghar jao, main ya Naitik yahan rukenge", Akshara told him
"Nahi aap log jaye, ghar par mujhe chain nahi rahega mera dil yehi rahega, mujhe yahan rahene dejiye aap log chale jaye", Karthik pleaded
"Thik hai tum yahan rahe jao", Naitik told him.
Akshara wanted to oppose looking at Karthik's state his shirt had dried blood, tear marks filled his face, his eyes very puffy from all the crying, he hadn't eaten anything except a few snacks that Mishti forced him to eat. He looked weak, though he still had a smile on his face but Akshara was a mother and knew very well when her kids were really happy and when they were faking it. She hadn't given birth to him but she loved him as much as Naksh or Naira. She knew he needed rest but she also knew that he wouldn't rest once he was home, maybe it was best for him to stay here, she hugged him and told him to take care of himself and left the hospital with Naitik, Karishma and Mishti.
Karthik walked up to where a small Krishna Radha statue was kept in the hospital
"Krishna ji please mere Naira ko thik kar lijiye, aap meri kismat mein uska pyaar mat dijiye mujhe manzoor hai, pyaar ke bajaye mujh se nafrat kare wo bhi manzoor, uske dil dimag se meri har yaad mit jaye woh bhi manzoor, but please usse thik kardijiye jahe uske badle mujh se koyi bhi keemat lijiye.
