I bet that she will say leaving them is hard and that's why she is unhappy. Because if she said she likes Siddhant or someone, kk would have stopped the engagement.

This is what writers are. They want drama and they will push Anu's character under the bus to get it. But, no complaints. I am loving the drama too.
