I don't know what Anushka's family has against Prabhakar but they need to chill out. Especially yeh Karthik, like please calm down you've no reason to be up in arms when you're the irresponsible one. We know her brothers are manipulative and selfish, it seems they get it from their own mother. The reason Anushka is who she is, is because of her closeness with KK and the Sinhas. Her morality is clear and strong.

Sidhanth and Anushka find themselves running into each other quite often eh? Sidhanth and Anushka's brother discuss his upcoming court case and while this is happening Sidhanth is watching Anushka. Sidhanth's reasoning for helping Anushka's brother is that he has had a long relationship with Reddy corporations, of which some relationships he needs to fulfill and others that he needs to show. I wonder if Anushka falls into both those categories.

While her brother tries to understand Sidhanth's confidence, Mr. Sid Sinha has eyes only for Anushka. šŸ˜† Aankhein nahin thakh thi kya Sidhanth? šŸ˜† Just as he's about to leave he can't help but challenge Anushka in the playing field. His own frustrations about needing to show her he's better than she thinks he is come out in full force, and he accidentally hits her arm with the birdie. This stops his own play as he remembers all the times he's protected her. This time it seems he's protecting her from himself.

Anushka and Sidhanth have a faceoff and she tells him her brother is innocent and to please do his best. It starts a yelling match and she tells him he'll hurt anyone to get what he needs, a direct jab at him having hurt her during their little badminton match. Sidhanth accuses of her thinking she knows him so well when in reality he claims that's not true. As he loses himself in thoughts of their arguments he inadvertently ends up hurting his own arm where he hit Anushka. It seems hurting her only ends up hurting himself. They're so intertwined even the universe seems to tell Sidhanth to knock it off šŸ˜†. Choth Anushka ko paunchayee aur khudh ko choth lag gayi, yeh hai pyar ka insaaf šŸ˜†.

Prabhakar loves his son. It is so ridiculously clear. He has a picture of Sidhanth on his desk that he wipes clean if it so much has dust fall on it. He muses to his wife how Sidhanth spoke without hesitation to him today and 'baap bete waali feeling aayi'. His soft smile, his relieved voice, he wants the best for him even though his way of doing so is a little different. He wants Sidhanth to choose the honest and right path to success, not to be manipulative and hungry for success but blind to everything else. Prabhakar knows better than anyone as a seasoned lawyer, how the world of justice and the legal system works. It is easy to lose your own moral ground in an effort to pursue high ambitions. He wants Sidhanth to be able to live with himself and the only way to do so is to ensure Sidhanth continues to pursue honesty above all. Kudos to Prabhakar for being so invested in Sidhanth's wellbeing. He also knows how kids can go astray, he sees it in KK's two sons so obviously, and he wants Sidhanth to avoid the lives those boys lead. He wants Sidhanth to be so ridiculously happy and in his words he wants his son to be able to say that he would live his life over and over. šŸ‘

Sidhanth finds himself alone in his room thinking of Anushka's hurt arm. Anushka, on the other hand, is thinking of the same. They both tend to their respective wounds. Yet Anushka can't understand how Sidhanth could have hurt her when he is the one responsible for her wound. Sidhanth though proclaims he hopes he hasn't hurt her too much. I think this scene could have been more fleshed out but it was the end of the episode.

Overall a good episode, I mean any episode with Sidhanth and Anushka at each other's throats is a good episode. Sidhanth is resolved to prove Anushka and his own father wrong, but this resolve stems from a very clear place of hurt. I spoke in my last post about Sidhanth wanting the people around him to have faith in him, where his father does have immense faith he's afraid of losing his son to blind success. Anushka however, it seems with each passing episode she understands Sidhanth less and less, and her own foundation for him is shaking. Which is why when Sidhanth pleas that he will do anything to help her brother win, even if it means losing a part of himself, it doesn't matter. I wish Sidhanth was self-aware enough to realize it's not success he's running after, it's Anushka and his father's admiration and respect. It seems Anushka's words though, motivate him to do the most, to succeed the most.

When will these two crazy kids sit down and actually have a conversation about their past and it's marring their present? Fools šŸ˜†

Lovely analysis. This show offers so much to chew on... particularly morality, and the cost of success. The dynamics between not just the leads but the others in the cast are realistic.

Does Anushka feel the pinch since her brother chose Siddhant over her for the case?

KK's sons demand respect and Prabhakar does not toe the line. No wonder they want to throw him out. The brothers' behaviour is probably the reason why he wants his son to be his own man and not use his father as a stepping stone.

I really loved Prabhakar's scene with his wife today...the most heartwarming scene of the epi IMO...starting from the "baap bete waali feeling" and ending on the "patni waali feeling"...lol what an adorable scene b/w husband-wife as they discuss their concerns for their son.

Prabhakar is a bit of a mystery to me even now in terms of his blind loyalty to KK even though KK seems capable enough of using ruthless means to get his way...but still Prabhakar insists on being extra harsh with Sid...hardly giving him an inch, a moment of praise...whatever meager scraps are given are also given in sarcasm b/w father and son.

Yet there exists deep concern and love for each other and it shows in the way Sid is visibly affected when he sees his dad get stitches in the hospital...and it showed today in Prabhakar expressing his hopes for the kind of man he wants Sid to become...he sees in Sid that burning desire to make a mark of his own and that is why feels the need to be the tempering factor in Sid's life lest he burn himself in the process...he expects that Sid will understand in his own time...but I suspect that Prabhakar is underestimating the long term impact this hurt is leaving on Sid's psyche. I feel for both father and son...they love each other deeply but aren't really able to communicate properly with each other.

I can't figure out Srikanth much either...is he just another snooty/condescending entitled brat in the Reddy family or is he "mann ka saaf" as Anushka seems to claim...lol

The SA badminton scene today...LOL what amused me was Sid almost walking out and then suddenly deciding to turn back and just coolly stroll over to play, without saying a word, expecting Anushka to rise to the challenge and she did...lol since they can't get the right words out, they have to communicate their hurt through these challenges...Sid lashing out with his earlier hurt over her lack of faith in him and his abilities...then feeling guilty when she ends up hurt with the shuttlecock...and providence continues with him managing to hurt himself on nearly the same spot on his arm later while riding home too...lol

I wonder also about Anushka...does she genuinely not realize that she can sound condescending with talk like "Only members are allowed in this club"? or is she saying all this simply to snap at Sid? Sid ofcourse remains more obviously conflicted than her...even with the cocky chip on his shoulder, trying to be nonchalant listening to Srikanth detailing the case, Sid couldn't help stare at Anushka half the time...lol

I agree that the last scene could have been better fleshed out...but I was still amused at Sid's quip about how America ho ya India ho, yeh ladki naazuk ki naazuk hi rahegi...lol...Little does Anushka know, Sid is still busy protecting her from all manner of random harm even now despite the badminton battle today.

Lovely post again. You make my watching the episodes sooo enjoyable. Love and agree with your viewpoints.
I a;so agree with AreYaar. Prabhakar is building walls with his attitude. When will fathers learn that love must be shown ?

And KK sons ...🤢 no words.

You think Sid shows signs of guilt ,with the way he treated her before they parted. He must know that he crossed the line.

You think Sid shows signs of guilt ,with the way he treated her before they parted. He must know that he crossed the line. Sid definitely felt guilty about hurting her in the badminton match but then at the same time, what holds him back is his own hurt...we don't yet have all the details but it seems like he lashed out at her over some MU in the past...and what we've seen so far of Sid's personality is that he's very oversensitive on matters of his pride...very emotionally reactive too...instead of stating something directly, he ends up twisting the situation in a flippant manner to show that he "doesn't care"...the swagger is a defense mechanism

Too True. We don;t know much about his personality and the misunderstanding , but the man WAS her friend. Dismissing the kiss forced upon her is just a 😲. But she too should have known him and his issues better!

We just have to wait and watch. So far the story line has been super. Am loving this.

Yeah, I don't know how Anushka feels in all of this. Is she angry because her brother seems to have trusted Sid more than her, or is there something else? She keeps referring to Sid as a bahar waala and I'm wondering if that's just her own resentment or what.

I can't stand her brothers they're both useless in their own unique ways lol šŸ˜†

I really hope it doesn't come to either Sid or his father landing in troubled waters b/c of the Reddy brothers. Which I'm sure will happen anyway but it's unfortunate. Then we must question whether whatever happens will somehow affect Prabhakar and KK's friendship as well?? Ah so many questions!

Agreed! I don't know why it's always harder with fathers and sons. There is deep love but also an error of miscommunication that blocks the obvious displays of love and affection on both ends.

šŸ˜† I highly doubt woh mann ka saaf hai. He's very self-centered and self-involved, and he's willing to do whatever it takes to get what he needs done. He's also a bit of a coward, he easily hides behind excuses and others.

I think she does it on purpose to 'other' him. She's constantly got this manner of speaking to him that seems to stem from resentment but using terms like 'bahar waala' 'only certain folks allowed' she's very deliberately poking at him.

Aww thank you darling😳 I don't know if Sid's shown any signs of guilt yet. It seems that he's still very much revolving around his own hurt/rejection. We haven't seen him be introspective about the past yet but his possible guilt is definitely something I want to see explored!

I love when my posts start conversations amongst other forum members! Sid's nonchalant attitude is definitely a defense mechanism. He thinks his devil may care attitude protects him from the world, when really it only lands him in a world of trouble it seemsšŸ˜†
