I think Preethi was thinking practically. At that point in time they couldn't do much as Swathi had already left the place with her parents . If they went behind her leaving these two people wedding , how can we be sure that Swathi might agree to them. Because she hasn't given this news to anyone...By doing so even Sameer and Naina's wedding will go for a toss. At least one have to be saved and looking at the track record , these two had gone through a lot in their life to reach till the wedding mandap...and of course Naina is her sister , she will definitely think about her more than any one else ...isn't that how sisters are?? In fact that is how sisters should be especially after the stunt that Swathi played during election. Everybody takes risk based on the past experiences and thinking about the outcome of such risk...so Preethi's POV she was right .

Honey, it is not my point and I am not saying cancel Naina's wedding at all. I am just saying that how smart or right is it to withhold an important detail of someone's else's life to make someone else's relationship work. If it happened in real life people will take great offenses to it.

As for the show Samaina marriage is most important and everything is going to be around it - we all know that.

I think its a lil too early to debate. We need to know what Swathi's point of view was to stay quiet and not tell Munna. Being a woman I guessed something was wrong but men wont notice such things unless and until you scream loud into their ears.

So lets wait and see what she has to say and why she kept quiet with out even informing her best friend Naina...She could have said one word to Naina that her parents were insisting on getting married , I am sure Naina would have put some sense into her head...she kept quiet from her as well..

The reason I said we need to hear Swathi's version is because One of my class girl was in love with a boy of our batch but post our education , he had two back papers and hence didn't get thru campus interview...where she graduated and got a job. The next year, he managed to graduate but was still struggling to get a job. By then a guy from her office liked her and reached her home with proposal. Her parents liked the guy and the marriage was fixed. In the meanwhile his boy friend did approach her parents saying he needed time but somehow they weren't very willing. If she had insisted and gone against the wedding , we all were sure that her parents would have agreed but she didn't..all she said was marriage is not a child's play...need to be practical...the guy might be good but has no sense of responsibility or seriousness towards life and career ...somehow she didn't think it would work out and hence going by parents decision.

The poor fellow was devastated ...now he is married to someone else and in a very high management position in one of the corporate org..he is blessed with two kids too...but what I am trying to say is we don't know how people perceive their future...so till we know what is running through Swathi's mind we cant say anything...we will need to hear her POV.

Munna loves her and his eyes always searches for her from the beginning and its not that he is not responsible...when needed he rises to the occasion but then all these three guys are just 21...boys mentally mature late ...girls are faster in that case...so lets wait and see why Swathi took a decision with out informing anyone..I am sure she will have a reason .

I like your post, even if I don't agree to everything in it. I also would like to see Swati's POV. We have not seen it yet to reach the conclusion but I also feel that the information should have been relayed to Munna. That would have given him an opportunity to decide what he wants to prioritize on. .

Preeti had no right to hide the news from Munna but she did what she felt was needed ATM. Sometimes, we hv to be irrational to avoid disasters in everyone's lives.

And if you feel that SamAina are given more priority than SwaMun, then what's wrong in that. The show is based on SamAina's life where SwaMun and others hv been their strong support. If you expect them to ruin the leads wedding for their friends, you're not gonna get that here!

I do agree with you partially. Not all girls had courage to go against family and Preeti should have not obscured the truth.

But I am not saying Samaina are being given more priority. it is not my point at all. This is not only their story but also their narration. Think about it, if you were to narrate what happened to you and your love interest, would you not say things that does not show you in good light? Of course, CVs are trying to show how Sameer and Naina got married against all odd - not how Swati and Munna broke up. But it does not mean that we should not say Munna and swati's love took a set back due to this marriage.

of a

Preeti is right only as a sister and a daughter of dad has gone against all odds to get Naina married. Her priority is her family not her friends and she decided what works for her and her family.
As a friend and well wisher, she is wrong.
However, let's see how things work out after Swati is back.

Sweta2005 are you a member of the PH or CV of the show? You always seem to have knowledge about the show that has not yet been shown in the episode.

There are plenty of people whose love is one sided. CVs could have chosen to leave it as Munna's one sided crush - his crush on his frockwali Pandit. There was no need to start Munna -Swati love story in first place. However, if they chose to start it, I don't want it to be in limbo. I really hope they give some kind of conclusion to their love story and not dissipate it like so many other things that CVs started but never gave end result to.

A sign of good writing is that at the end the writer closes all loops and leaves no gaps open to interpretation. But this is a soapie, so there is no claim of good writing. Anything is thus possible.
