Completely agree! Naina's reaction to Swati's betrayal was very badly written.. not at all realistic. No shock?? Really?! Her first instinct was to hide swati's crime? At least they should have shown her deliberating on their history and then though disillusioned still hiding the truth from the authorities to save Swati from getting rusticated.

And as pointed by so many forgiving Swati cannot be only her decision. Swati's decision to tamper with ballot boxes was not a small mistake, as rightly pointed out by Preeti it's a crime.

Seriously CVs should think through these things more logically. And bring back good content!

Yes , that's the whole point , she was defending her as if she was also part of the act...when someone gets cheated the first reaction is shock and pain ...these days that emotional touch which created magic on screen is so missing ...they need to see how they translate each scene on to the screen.

I agree with you at some extent, I agree that Naina's reaction was not organic but Love and friendship are two different things and I am not going to compare that but here what I felt detached from was the trust and reaction for betrayal. Naina and Swati are friends from their childhood and she trusted her blindly. So when she found out about what Swati did to her and the gang and for what reason, I had expected her reaction would be taken aback, angry with counter questions and trying to justify herself. Instead, Naina acted like she totally understood where Swati is coming from and she somehow justified Swati's deeds which was totally illogical to me. I also felt instead of hugging Swati and pleading to her, she could have shown her the mirror. Alas, this is another track where CVs are showing illogical and out of character behavior..

Personally agree to each and everything you wrote..
This technique of creating issues and always ending it abruptly is now making me irritated...
Infact by the precap the way they are romancing today...How is this possible...As if nothing happened...And no care for munna...How is this happening ,is not digestible...
Naina sameer so much need a deep conversation at this stage without jumping on new matters CVS need to be considerate on solving earlier rifts..Or these matters will increase to an end with no solution

Very nice post.
I agree with your comparison on Naina's difference in behaviour towards Sam and Swati.

But(as I had mentioned in a previous post)wasn't that the way she always behaved? If Naina hurts someone inadvertently and the person quietly accepted Naina's actions,Naina lets it go.If that person hurts her back,Naina immediately falls into the ocean of guilt and bends over backwards apologizing to them. This is just my observation from the way her character has been portrayed in all these episodes till date.

After getting caught by the police or when she left Sameer,Sameer never transferred the guilt or pain back to her.He could have done a 100 things to hurt her,but he didn't.He also did not malign, betray or gossip about her.If he had done that (just hypothetically)Naina would have reacted very differently and would have certainly apologized to Sameer. But since he didn't hurt her in return ,she didn't bother about it.

But Swati hit her where it hurts. So true to her character,Naina starts feeling guilty and is very sweet to Swati.I wouldn't be surprised if Naina goes further and apologizes to Swati in further episodes. Swati will ,of course, apologize to Naina, but Naina will also bend over backwards for her..I am sure we will see this in upcoming episodes.

It is strange,no doubt, but from what I have observed, it is the way she has been consistently behaving till date.
