that would have made all the connections for all of us- that are angry on her leaving all her self respect and confidence for her love...that was all that was needed--

Yes She needs to take out all guns out bcoz as Munna said- its crossing all the limits now... this needs to be done and realized by both of them.. and it has to be done now..

I dont think either of them can move on without that..

You know if we think about it this way, falling in love with sameer itself is something she shouldn't have done. Knowing her family issues and and the trust her chachaji has on her she shouldn't have taken that step.

Then we wouldn't have this story.

They will my dear. Without realising the mistakes they will be no moving forward anyway.

Life happens, incidents happen, they are happy now, she is laughing because at that time what she did was foolish but it all worked out fine in the end.

And that's all that matter? Ain't it?

but do you think if she would have not got the love she got from Sameer- she would have been the same?? I think the hospital scenes that broke her knowing Sameer never truly loved her.. broke her apart.. and she said she would never be able to love anyone..

Yes Sameer mattered to her more when he reciprocated.. otherwise she had already given up ...yes I agree she would have never loved again bcoz Sameer was the only one for her...

And I think this is whats bothering her more--- Sameer -- her Sameer who couldnt see a tear in her eyes.. is doing/behaving that way with her.. and thats why she needs to get all guns out in open and cry her heart out--- and tell him that he wants to hear... I LOVE You Sameer... and will love to spend a moment with you.. rather than living 100 yrs without you...

Okay, lets see going by what's bothering you.

The thing is:

Sameer saw how naina's heart broke during the bet phase, and how she was over him, trying to get out of the heartbreak living for her family. She was fine then, almost.

He is trying to implement that, He thinks naina will die if he is in her life like nanu, his father, and his mother getting ill, scared him badly and thats why he avoided even his mother remember?

So he thinks seeing naina crying now, and hating him is better than naina dying, from his perspective getting over a broken heart is better for naina than her dying because he is in her life.

For a person in love, you really can't expalin things rationally my dear. Because loosing your loved one, the one you think is your life, is a fear deep rooted. It changes everything. Nothing else matters than protecting them.

We really can't take sides with these two, they are right from their own point of view.

I really hope this track will be over this week.

And that is why, we love their story, if differences come they are not giving up saying it's not working out, they are figuring out how to make it work. And that is why we love this story and their love.

Correct they won't give up on each other n know their love for each other very well. But I kind of want Kartik to get interested in Naina soon. Since he's quite a match for Sameer, it sure is going to make him mad. Enough of that Sunaina n her woo ooo music. I'm kind of tired seeing Naina being demeaned n Sam enjoying the attention from girls with a smug face. Why can't these two just talk?

Interesting discussion going on..😊

I do not know for sure whether the self-respect aspect really comes into play in the present circumstances. Whenever insults were hurled at Naina in Sameer's presence, he very smartly had shut off those insults, especially Taiji's during Pooja's mehendi. And, let us not think that Naina does not value herself. She does. To her, now, the only way to get Sameer show some reaction (oh boy and she is sure that Sameer cannot see her being insulted - admire her conviction) was to challenge those seniors...

Ofcourse, this is far off and in distant future -- this self-respect stuff- I guess will definitely come up - When their relationship becomes public and wedding discussions start. However much a girl is in love, will she tolerate insults to her parents and family?? Would be interesting to see how Naina would react/deal with prejudiced and judgmental people like Mamiji..

I seriously agree, why can't these two talk? But at the same time i doubt sameer will tell his reasons when asked directly. There never was a deep discussion with naina regarding his family and the emotional trauma of being away from his mother from young age.

He never shares anything deep, issues relating to his family, and when the topic comes he will just tell the basic details and brush it off like nothing, moving away from there. He did it in the library as well in school.

So it will be difficult for him to open up i think.

Nice post and nice thoughts shared by everyone😃👏
But I would never agree to a girl or anyone stooping so low to gain attention from her or his lover
If this is a the scenario and we do accept all this in love...then why do we say that people who commit suicide or even try to do that... some try cutting their wrists etc ...just to show their lovers the extent to which they can go for their love is wrong then😕

Self respect is the most important thing and by doing this she is risking her respect and her dignity... if this would be a real life scenario...that guy could have gone to any extent with Naina...and with the kind of behaviour he is showing to her... if he didnt react then? wouldn't she be risking her name and her dignity for her entire life😡
Have her Chacha Chachi sent her to the college for this?

Such behaviour is not acceptable in any situation what so ever

I agree with Shravya...self-respect was there in those days but not beyond love...if you love needed you, one wd go to any lengths & take those Erratic bold steps that r deemed stupid today, but that how love in 90s was...

You are right, but just like sunaina only for some scenes, we don't need a love traingle anyway. We just want someone else also to realise what a pure and innocently beautiful soul naina is.

If it's in 2000 i totally agree with you, but yaar in 90's relations had more value than self respect, that's how every girl child was brought up in the house, to value emotions and relations the most.

And commiting suicide in love kinda thing i have rarely seen them in 90's. Nowadays it is becoming a trend. One should never play with life, it's a gift.

How should i say this, whatever you are saying is completely correct and i agree with you on this.

But, these things were never were that way in 90's yaar. The thought process of those people was never this crooked, like the guys you were saying. They respected emotions, people, their beliefs, everything was sacred. People were naive, trustworthy.

You are comparing and measuring them in parallel, these are two different era's my dear.
